I hope I can help. Hotel 41 is exclusively for Residents only, and so regrettably we would not be able to allow non-residents to use a boardroom, should you not have a bedroom reserved with us.
I can however suggest our sister property, just next-door, The Rubens at the Palace Hotel, which has several conference and meeting spaces available.
You can find a dedicated meeting and events page on the website, and we can put you in touch with our Events Coordinator to help plan your meeting.
