Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. It's very clean and well appointed. Only a few minutes walk from the tube stations. The best thing about it was the warm welcome from the friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Always great. I visit couple of times a month. Spotlessly clean and staff so polite and professional- particularly young girl on front desk. Fantastic location for getting into central London and a lovely quiet location. Easy parking directly outside - you will really enjoy your stay.

I received a friendly greeting upon my arrival. The area is quiet and the hotel entrance was bright and clean. I was in a deluxe single room, which was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were clean to a high standard, and the shower was excellent but on the small side. Breakfast was buffet style with a good selection of cereals, bread, juices, tea, coffee, and cooked food if you want full English. Only a few minutes walk from Bayswater.

The moment I walked in the staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for you. Upon arriving they told me my room had been upgraded free of charge! The room was very clean and perfect for what I needed. I can’t praise the staff enough for their high level of service and professionalism.

Really friendly and helpful staff throughout the entire stay. Also, I left an expensive item when I checked out, and they not only found it but also checked and realised I was coming back the following week. To make life easy they just messaged to say they would be there when I got back. Those little things make a big difference when you are stressed about a lost item.

This hotel punches above its weight in terms of being helpful and looking after my wife well after I booked for her to stay there. In particular, Jessie was very supportive. Whilst not in the most central part of London, Bayswater is situated centrally enough for easily getting to Oxford Street, Mayfair, Green Park, Piccadilly, Leicester Square, Chinatown, the West End, Kensington and Knightsbridge. Bayswater and especially adjacent Notting Hill has a thriving community of coffee shops, cafe’s, bars and restaurants, as well as its own vibe with numerous shops, art outlets, markets and street food. Therefore 5 stars overall because the hotel was clean, clean, tidy, adequately well located, great staff and fairly good value for money for London.
