We actually had a very good stay at this hotel. We did stay on the recently renovated side so our experience was very good. The staff was great and very helpful. We show up very early on our check in date and they helped us get checked-in early. You do have to pay wifi but it was only about 3£/day...

My partner and I booked here for a 4 night stay on booking.com. on arrival the outside looked lovely. When we went to check in a very rude older man checked us in snatching my partners card off her and using a very abrupt tone when speaking to us. We lugged our bags up to the room and found our...

Shower drain was semi-blocked, mattress springs was literately poking our backs, towels smelled funny, and expensive WiFi ... etc. The staffs are mostly friendly though. After 20 nights stay while our flat's having renovation, I just could't wait to leave.

An imposing exterior, but after passing the multi-national Scylla and Charybdis at the entrance, you enter a netherworld of endless dingy corridors which give way, eventually, to cramped rooms closely modeled on the 16th C Little Ease. Euro Queens is Gormenghast. It is also a Babel. East Asian receptionists, Romanian waitresses and hulking Bulgarian security guards monitor a motley crue...

Where do I start! Arrived initially and was given a room that was at least a ten minute walk away from reception, through old corridors with uneven floors, down narrow staircases and very poorly signposted. I likened it to the corridors in the horror film 'The Shining'. When we finally arrived at the first room I really didn't feel safe....

We stayed at the Queens Hotel on the 5th November 2016. The negative points which made our experience an unfortunate one was the Staff in general were unpleasant & unhelpful and we where given a room which was in the basement and it was such a long walk down and trying to find the room which was ridiculous. The room...

This place doesn't even deserve one star, everything here is so dirty and disgusting. The breakfast was bad, frozen and old croissants and everything smells very bad, like everything was rotted and you could see that the walls, ceiling and even the carped have had a bad treatment from a water leak. I would not wish for my worst enemy...

This is a hotel suited for everyone. They cater to students, families, businessmen and jus about any group. The rooms are new on the 4 th floor and very clean with clean bathrooms too. They don't have a restaurant but they serve breakfast for a minimal fee and have a bar and sandwich counter. The neighborhood is great and the...
