We have stayed at this hotel 3 times before - all have been good but this time was exceptional. The refurbishment is excellent. All the staff were very helpful especially Ed on the front desk who could not have done any more to help us. Room 707 is one of the best rooms we've stayed in anywhere. Location of course... More

First class, gracious Staff. Smallish but very comfortable rooms with excellent bedding and towels. Wonderful breakfasts and a great warm and friendly, innovative restaurant. The location couldn't be better and all of London is at your feet. I highly recommend to all and I can't wait to return. There's a reason all the reviews on TA are excellent.

I am currently staying at this hotel and have to post this review immediately. We have frequently stayed at this hotel and love the location and--usually--the staff. However, we were checked in under the wrong name and were told that Hotels.com changed the name--even though my confirmation from that site has the correct name. I was assured resolution if this... This hotel is in a great location, in the lovely Seven Dials area of Covent Garden everything is easy accessible on foot from here. The rooms are comfortable and staff are very helpful. The new restaurant 'Monmouth Kitchen' is first rate, good food with a buzzing atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is great being right in the middle of Covent garden. The room and bathroom were very clean, though bathroom was on the small side. The buffet breakfast had a nice choice and selection.
