Excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms. Just off Oxford St. Stayed here in November during a weekend theater break. Very good food in restaurant and outside garden patio area. Price quite reasonable considering London. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

The service was horrible. I stayed on the phone for 20minutes just to reach the concierge with no answer. Even when I asked to be connected to the manager to complain, the service manager didn't pick up twice and when he finally did he hung up in my face transferring me the doorman !!!!!! What kind of service is this!!!!...

Located controlling just off oxford street. Perfect if your stay includes shopping, eating out, nightlife, visiting sites around the city. However the rooms are quite small but the price justifies it along with the unbeatable location.

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip. I was checked in quickly and thanked for being a Gold member of the Club. I was upgraded to a business class room. The room was adequate although there are no plugs by the bed meaning you can't sit in bed and charge your laptop at the same time. The...

Another stay in this excellent hotel. Polite, helpful and efficient in reception; secure lifts (elevators) to the rooms, and a comfortable room with decent bathroom. All very clean and tidy, with no faults found. Breakfast was very good, as always - buffet style with cooked options, cold meats and cheeses, fresh breads and pastries, and good coffee.

Upon arrival to hotel first impressions of the reception area were excellent. We then made our way to room on the 11th floor. The room appeared clean and tidy but upon closer inspection, the bedside table were dirty. They needed a clean and the room tired around the edges. Anyway we then decided to go straight to restaurant for food....

We have visitted London for business meeting. I trust Radisson brand, that is why my choice was this hotel. Price was also acceptable. Nice big lobby, and good service. The rooms are not big, but ok. For the business trip it was quite good. I reccomend it to you my friends!

I stayed in this hotel several times when visiting London, it has a quiet lobby and a super location. The rooms are small same as the other hotels in london. The room service is good and the beds are comfortable.

Had a minor issue with the bed size on our first night - we booked a double but wound up with something in between a double and a single. The receptionists took care of things swiftly and efficiently however, compensating with a bottle of wine, a hand-written note, a voucher and an upgrade to a room of the reserved standard...

Hotel is easy walking distance from Marble Arch tube station. 5 minutes walk to Baker Street for Sherlock fans. We were upgraded at check in to a business class room and the staff were friendly throughout. Concierge desk...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
