Stayed at the Dolphin Hotel last night and was very impressed. I needed a hotel close to Paddington at a reasonable price and this hotel was perfect. I was a solo traveler and had a large comfortable bedroom with a double bed (even though I only booked single) spotless clean and

Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much despite having to bring our luggages to the top 4th floor. Staffs were nice especially kitchen staff and we would like to thank staff who cleaned our room and toilet every day! Thank you for a good stay.

We didn’t expect much given the price we paid but I think a warm room isn’t much to ask for in December. We were shivering until we fell asleep! The room is tiny but what you’d expect for the price. However the bathroom is ridiculously small and absolutely freezing!! Not

Dear Chloe, Our will is to share and contribute to our guest’s memories so we're obviously disappointed about your recent experience. We are sorry to read your comments about the quality of our breakfast and please rest assured that we will take your remarks under serious consideration. Unfortunately, our dining room cannot serve the full capacity of guests in one go therefore, why we recommend that you come for breakfast early in the morning in order to enjoy a good meal while it's still quiet. At last, we would like to hear more about the cold temperature in your room. Please send us an email at customer-service@dolphinhotel.co.uk with your full name, date of your visit and room number and we can continue the conversation there. We do hope to welcome you again in order to ensure a better experience. All the best, Dolphin Hotel

We stayed in a room with a twin bad and our own bathroom. The room was really small but it had a cute little balcony where you can drink your morning coffee or simply look at park view. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was included in the price. It was nothing special and eating

Hi, The Dolphin, is a basic hotel so no thrills with this one, it is clean though and would stay there again; tell your folk to forget about the breakfast and walk down the road, the breakfast is not much to mention about and best avoided least disappointment ruin your day The hotel is in a central location with good tube connections, as for parking the hotel is situation in a side avenue and like most of London parking is a premium, I did look into parking when we stayed and used Parkpedia app to find the local car park sadly all of which do charge. Eventually we decided not to take the car and used the train instead Hope this helps BR Damian

Hi there. I think if you let them know, they are quite flexible about these things. You just need to be booked iton a room that is already vacated, so that you can check in early. If you contact them and ask they are sure to be able to help. They are very friendly indeed =) there shouldn't be a problem. I hope you enjoy your stagy if you go. I had a great time there … Cheers Peter

Unfortunately, there is no elevator at the Dolphin Hotel and it is 17 miles/27 kilometres from Paddington to Heathrow. Hope this helps. Regards

Unfortunately the hotel does not have a shuttle service to Stansted but the quickest and most reliable way, although not the cheapest, would be to go round the corner of the hotel to Paddington Station and take the Circle or Hammersmith and City Line from Paddington Station, to Liverpool Street, change on to the Stansted Express, this leaves every 15 mins, takes 45 mins directly to the airport. There are also coach and bus companies which depart from Liverpool Street Station which are cheaper but take longer and are prone to holdups and traffic congestion depending on what time of day you are travelling. The 205 bus from Praed Street will also take you to Liverpool Street.
