Phoenix is a newly refurbished 125 bedroom 3-star central London hotel, located 5 minutes walk from Hyde Park. Bayswater and Queensway Underground stations are both within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel is centrally situated for both the business executive and the holiday-maker, with the West End and its shops and theatres within easy reach. Free Wi-Fi and continental buffet breakfast is always included when making a reservation with Phoenix Hotel. Full English breakfast is available made to order, at an additional charge of £7.50 Per person. Check-in time is from 1pm onwards and check-out time is at 11am. There is a complimentary luggage storage facility at the hotel. The reception desk is open 24 hours.

Wonderful ,comfortable quiet nights stay

The staff are so amazing, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms have everything you need with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is continental with plenty of choice but you can also order a cooked breakfast if that's what you prefer. We will be back.

Adequate but needs some improvements

The hotel overall is lovely. Great location. Breakfast was adequate and just right. The room however and most importantly for a hotel was the bed comfort. The mattress was awful I woke with a very sore back. I’ve seen better in a cheap bed and breakfast. It really needs addressing. I would have come back here but this has put me off. The rooms are not sound proofed so you can hear alarms and conversations in the room next door. The lift is outdated and resembles something from 1950 it goes very slow too.

My stay at the Phoenix Hotel- November 2023

Very nice staff and cozy amenities. Hotel is in a great location and easy walk to several restaurants, cafes, Bayswater station, and approximately half mile from Paddington station. Clean and safe neighborhood.

Value for money and excellent service

Lovely Centrally located hotel with an amazing team offering brilliant service. From make the reservation to checkout, front office, housekeeping and fnb were brilliant. So we'll done team thank you. Was a great stay while I was busy with meetings and it felt at home.

Good location, nice good value hotel

Good location near tube stops, no thrills / fuss hotel with added perks at a good price. Staff helpful and friendly, no air cons in my room which is no big deal but maybe hot in the summer. Would stay again.

Nice room and reasonably priced

Good and lovely experience. Staff was helpful, amiable and efficient. Location was perfect not only because of distance from most tourist sites but easy access to transportation. In our case Uber and Taxis were needed and all very cordial and nice. Also pharmacy and small markets near walking distance for any personal last minute necessities needed. Me personally had a bit of hard time with room temperature. Too hot for my liking and I’m used to Caribbean heat. Opening the window helped a little but couldn’t leave open most of the time. Also safety handles in shower/bathtub area should always be considered for the safety of everyone. Aside from those our time there was Awesome A++

A picturesque area to start your adventure into London and see the sites. Notting Hill is just around the corner.

The space was great and the location was near 3 tube stations. There was also a bus station near also. Walking distance to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The people were friendly and helpful the whole time I was there. This hotel is a great place to stay if you are in London.

Room Tip: There is a bit of construction around the area on the streets, but you can still easily walk by it.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was always more than adequate. And reception was always helpful with questions.

Cleaning, breakfast and reception staff are stupendous! I hope you give them bonuses. I know this is a difficult ask, but I’ll put it out there anyway - one very small elevator for about 120+ rooms spread over 6 floors is not practical if you’ve got older guests, many of whom have mobility issues

Budget hotel, great location.

Cozy budget hotel on leafy Kensington Gardens Square W2, minutes away from both Queensway and Bayswater stations, Kensington Gardens, Notting Hill. Friendly, accommodating staff. A single traveler, this has been my London go to for many years. Rooms are very small, but spotless (love the snowy white bedding and towels) and ensuite. An all you can eat breakfast buffet is included in the nightly rate. There's a book ahead discount too. Highly, highly recommend this lovely establishment. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

Great location

Lovely compact but very clean room. Staff lovely and a really convenient location. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good too although could have done with it being available until a bit later.
