Absolutely the best hotel we've stayed at in central London. Just about 5 minutes to Earl's Court station and from there straight in to the heart of London. The staff were so helpful and smiley, the room was wonderful with a seating area and comfortable chairs. Loved it.

Our first trip to London and so glad we stayed here. Staff is so sweet, accommodating, and professional. Rooms clean and comfortable with large bed, quiet neighbor, convenient to restaurants, tube, and museums. Even packed a breakfast for us because of an early am tour we were to take without extra charge. Pretty good Maylasian restaurant located in the hotel... More

This was our first visit to London and we wanted to stay in a great area that was close to Kensington Palace. This was the perfect choice! The Hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very courteous and polite. The rooms are very well appointed. The lobby and bar area are very nice and so also is the restaurant... More

Wow. What a fantastic little hotel. Close enough to tubes etc. Room is really comfortable and well appointed. Everything was just right tea maker. Television with sufficient channels. Bathroom finished nicely. It's nit to big and has a real boutique feel to it. We would stay here again great value for money 👍👍👍

While one of the guests in our party had trouble with heat in their room, our room was comfortable, and the front desk staff responsive to our needs. Bed was big and bath very spacious. We took it upon ourselves to walk from the Paddington Station, through Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. A long walk, but ever so pleasant on a cool... More

We had a one night stay in London and required 3 rooms for our family of seven so I was looking for good quality but reasonably priced and we weren't disappointed. Lovely spacious rooms with quality beds, decor and bathrooms. Friendly staff. Short walk to Piccadilly tubes

Stayed here for 4 nights (Thurs to Sun). Was given a complimentary upgrade as it was for my 30th. The reception staff were so courteous it was amazing. The hotel is 10mins from Earls Court or even less to Gloucester Road tube stations. 20 mins to Harrods and Natural History Museum. Within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants in... More

A bit out of the way but walking distance to lots of restaurants, the tube, Victoria and Albert museum, Harrods, etc. Taxi's are cheap and easy as well. This was a lovely hotel and had all the comforts that we wanted. We had dinner at the hotel and were satisfied. Breakfast was vastly overpriced and unsatisfactory in so many ways,... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
