I had a wonderful visit to London and staying at The Caesar, which is just 5 minute walk to the Italian Gardens in Hyde Park. Quiet street, and very very clean. Mosaics from the 5th century on the walls. Front desk staff always nice and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful. My room was huge and the hardwood floors made it extra nice. I loved it so much that I cancelled my second hotel to stay in this one on my return to London. It's a find!

For the money we paid, happy with the stay. Room was small and some maintenance issues were one of the downsides. Other was noise, our room was right outside the lift which meant you could hear people using the lifts late at night and very early in the morning. Building works taking place right above our room meant one of the mornings was very noisy from 8:30. Apart from that very clean and good hotel if your just using the room to sleep and don’t mind some noise. Also we didn’t really like the smell of incense throughout the hotel, very over powering in reception. Positives.. good location, nice hotel in all, great value for money.

This was our second stay at The Caesar, London. Yes, the initial stay in 2015 was so positive that we looked forward to our returning in 2023. It is a lovely hotel in an appealing part of Hyde Park. That said, it is the graciousness and professionalism of the terrific staff that make this hotel so special. The Front desk staff of Ketty, Ionela, Mike, Ana and Patik were all wonderful hosts who make their guests feel welcome and valued. Further, Magda and Florentino and Hugo went out of their way to make our visits to the restaurant just delightful. They all contribute to making The Caesar a winner. The management of this hotel deserves high praise for the quality of people they hire.

After a 10 day stay at the Caesar our flight was cancelled at short notice, meaning another nights stay in London. On contacting the team at the Caesar they quickly assisted in finding a room for us easing our frustration at the cancelled flight. Thanks to the team for their customer service.

We've stayed at this hotel many, many times over the past eight years and it was always excellent. Unfortunately, since covid, it has gone steadily downhill. We've always booked an executive room, which always used to be huge, with a lovely seating area, good amenities, really large bed, etc. This time (and on a couple of previous visits) the 'executive' room was no more than a small double with a large bed in it. Nowhere to put anything, not even a case stand, no chairs apart from one at a desk area, minimal bathroom products, no face towels, very small bath robes (unusable really). There has been some serious paring back on what the hotel provides. The room was spotlessly clean, it just wasn't the room we booked. We asked for a partial refund (it was not offered when we complained about the room), which was given - this is probably the only reason we'd stay again, but we would be very careful about which room we were put into. We think that, as we dropped our luggage early in the day and returned late evening, we were allocated the worst rooms as it would then be too late to be moved.…

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful little hotel. First, it is located in a very quiet, safe and lovely neighborhood, yet not far from major tube, stop and train station The rooms were perfect. The rooms here in London tend to be a little on the small side which is fine. It was perfectly clean, with some lovely amenities, and the air conditioning worked much better than expected. Last, but not least, every single staff member, I came into contact with one above and beyond. So kind and just wanting to help. The hotel was clean and nice. The room was clean and only had some minor problems (slightly worn shower seal). Personel has been very kind and helping. During our stay there has been a few construction sites in the area which made sleeping in a bit hard. Though that's not really influenced by the hotel itself.
