Very good located hotel near the Paddington train station. You can reach Hide Park and Oxford Street by foot. The house itself is clean but becoming quite old. The breakfast is not very big but you get a basic English breakfast. We had the room 15 - just behind the reception, in

Hi, do you provide breakfast suitable for vegetarian.
Hello, I'm not sure what you mean but I did book your hotel through Orbitz. Everything I wrote in my review is true, I have all the email receipts to back it up. The Orbitz staff were trying to get in touch with you for several weeks before you finally refused to refund. If you're "dismayed", perhaps you should not charge people such heavy fines for cancelling a reservation months in advance.

What time is check in?
check in is usually at 1 p.m. earliest. If your room is ready before that time you will be welcomed to go into it. If not, you may leave your luggage with us, register and check in but return later to pick up the key. Hope this helps. PS Check out is 10:30 a.m., half an hour earlier than most hotels because we clean rooms better than others and therefore take longer!
