This hotel is honestly lovely. I stayed for 3 nights. The room I was in was facing the O2 which was nice at night time. The bathroom was the best !!! We had ordered room service which was very quick and the food was deliciousss everytime! The staff were professional. I loved the steam room and the showers here. You definitely have to check it out. Quite exspensive but worth the stay! I’ll definitely be going back.
Very nice professional management especially Mr Akil Syed always very helpful and very professional at his work always making my stay great as well most of the hotels group has a great location and to be quite honest very friendly staff I recommend the hotel to everyone want a peace of mind.
I booked this hotel to do some creative writing and asked for an “inspiring” room if possible. The Hotel got back to me almost immediately not only fulfilling my requirements but surpassing them by upgrading me to the most exquisite room! I dealt with the kind and professional manager at the Hotel, Akil, who should be rewarded with a badge of excellence in delivering incredible customer service and a very personal experience from start to finish. I feel that good customer service and listening skills and indeed the desire to put the client first has been somewhat lost in today’s society but not by this manager who could not do enough to surpass all of my expectations! The hotel is beautiful and in a stunning location with loads of wonderful restaurants and shops! The decor in the hotel is gorgeous and was the reason I actually picked this one! Best customer service experience I’ve had in a hotel! Thank you Akil - you will go far! :)…
I stayed at this hotel in 2012 and had a terrible experience (I wrote a review then), so I was guarded about staying there again. I ended up booking it for convenience, because the training program I was attending was happening there. What a difference. When I shared my previous experience with the front office/reservations staff, I was upgraded a room level with welcome treats, which was very nice. Loved the spacious room. A bit of dust on the nightstand. The best experience is the hotel's restaurant, in my opinion. I don't know who their chefs are, kudos to them. Avocado on toast, salmon, fresh healthy juices, etc at breakfast, you'll be spoilt for choice. There is a lady working in the bar and restaurant called Cecilia, who is a real asset to the hotel. She will be an asset anywhere she works. She is friendly, with an exuberant personality, displaying a palpable and genuine passion for her work. So refreshing, especially when great customer service is hard to come by these days. Thank you, Cecilia! The one drawback I find to this hotel, which had not changed since the first time I stayed there: the lifts. There are different lifts for various sections of the hotel, which can be confusing in itself. One tiny lift per section, so tiny that only about a maximum 3 people can fit in. And there are no separate service lifts, so imagine trying to fit into a lift with a hotel worker carrying work equipment... tight. And the lifts are so slow (no kidding), the slowest lifts I have been in. Tube station, fast food restaurants, and supermarket: all just round the corner from the hotel. Even if you are not staying at this hotel, I would recommend experiencing their excellent restaurant's offerings.…
I wanted to just say thank you to Akil Syed - Front Office Manager who had been most helpful in organising the changes to my stay at another radisson collection hotel. I always opt to stay where possible at a Radisson as I am always assured of the warm and exuberance of the staff -wherever Radisson is. I feel and from experience, staying at a radisson (anywhere in the world) is always a good decision.
