TripAdvisor gives a Certificate of Excellence to accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently earn great reviews from travellers.
I come here every year when my family comes to London to see me so I always spend some times with them here! The place is small, charming, the details and the design are the ones of a topical aristocratic British house! Good food and...More

Dear Mr. Carlo Alberto,
Thank you very much for your review. We are very glad you enjoy our beautiful hotel and come back regularly to stay. And that you appreciate our interior style – eclectic British features with a contemporary European elegance. Unfortunately we had...More
Just getting round to writing this. The hotel was lovely, although quite shabby around the edges. Great location but needs furnishing and bathrooms changed little things.
I can't comment on the breakfast as we checked out before it was served.
There was an issue with...More

Dear Guest,
Many thanks for your review.
I have to say that I am a bit surprised as we completed a full light refurbishment four months ago. You mention ‘you are just getting around to writing this,’ so perhaps you stayed prior to the hotel’s...More
I stayed for 1 night as a last minute birthday treat. I had one of their junior suites.
This place does not have a restaurant, so you mainly rely on room service, which was quite pricey. The room had a minibar and complimentary but no...More

This is a real hidden gem the hotel is two townhouses that have been converted into the hotel so no cookie cutter rooms here and only 17 rooms. I stayed here for 2 nights and stay in a junior suite. The staff was outstanding and...More

San Demenico is a charming hotel on a quiete Chelsea street that is walking distance to galleries, shopping, and the tube. My room was tastefully decorated and the size was generous and more than what I was expecting! There are a few balconies from where...More

Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal

a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.

Dear Jill,
yes of course! You can enjoy our signature cocktails or afternoon tea in our Lounge or on our lovely roof terrace.
Kind regards,

If you were to contact the hotel in advance via phone, or if you have enough time email, they would be able to arrange transport for you through a private firm which they use. I assume I quick call to the hotel would sort this out. However I would suggest that if you have no objection to looking up transportation in London yourself you have a look at private transfer firms and go direct as they would be able to offer a lower prive. The hotel does not have a car of its own so would only be contracting the job out to a private firm. Transportation to and from the train station is also very easy for any private hire London firm to arrange whether via the instruction of the hotel on your behalf or via your own booking. If you are looking for high end luxury transport I may be able to offer some advice. Hope that helps!
