First of all: It seems the long-ongoing problems with the aircon / heating have been sorted. I asked at check-in and they confirmed it had finally been repaired. The system in my room was working well, if a little on the noisy side.
the location is picture perfect! tube access just steps away for all site seeing. breakfast is delicious and wait staff delightful! front desk helped arrange for theater tickets! a play in London, wish come true! highly recommend this hotel!
