Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great location in the heart of London. Very close to Gloucester road tube station. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean and all the staff were very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Hotel's Favourite
We had an awesome stay at the Park International Hotel. We booked directly on their site, which allowed us to get a free upgrade to the Chairman's Suite - definitely book direct. The suite was gorgeous, with huge windows overlooking the street and a super comfy king sized bed. The location also was perfect - we walked to tons of shops and restaurants. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice and accommodating. This was our second stay at this hotel, and we will be back. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for one night. The first room we got was in the basement, and our room was not cleaned. The bathroom was just been used, and the toilet clogged. The people at front desk was not willing too give us a new room, and after a lot of arguing we finally got a new room. The room was better but the cleaning still needs a lot of improvement. The air conditioning is really loud and the whole hotel has a weird smell. We really can’t understand how this hotel has four stars. We will not come back!

The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the tube, Tesco, and boots. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, Starbucks, etc. nearby also. Otherwise it needs improvements. The carpet is old and dingy with worn out holes in some areas. It is also in need desperately of a fresh coat of paint. The room is very basic. There’s a small tv mounted to the wall facing the bed and one painting on the wall. It is mostly plain and unremarkable. The shower had good pressure and didn’t show as much signs of wear as the other areas. It was well kept. The one thing I didn’t like was housekeeping. There were smudges on the windows and mirrors (like someone pressed their greasy hands or face to them) and they remained there the duration of our visit. The beds, towels, and garbage cans were changed but that’s it. They also disturbed us at 4:30 coming in and asking us if our room was done (it was) so they should have known that. It was strange and made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t think I would stay here again. It was just an okay experience.

The reception staff were great and very friendly. We checked in a bit early but this wasn’t even mentioned which was a nice change - some places charge for this! The location is good as just round corner from Gloucester Rd tube Whilst the room was nice it was very compact with little space between the end of the bed and the wall where the TV was - difficult to get to bathroom or to the door without some crab like movement The housekeeping really let the hotel down and may be one of the worst I’ve experienced. Used towels that were left in shower tray where rolled up and put on side for us to reuse, milk was not replenished and used cups were not replaced

Great little hotel, very good price and excellent location 2 minutes from the metro station. Room was small but very comfortable. Delicious breakfast served every morning. Staff are very kind, especially Lester on the front desk who is an gentleman and was always available to help with your needs. Large open lobby with elegant traditional design. We had only two very small negatives, bar was closed the whole time we were there and the traffic outside is very noisy at night. Overall 5 star stay and will return.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. It is close to the tube station, museums, Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall is about a 10 min walk away. There are a good choice of restaurants close by. The staff were all very professional, friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. The only (tiny) thing we could find fault with were the wall lamp shades were a little old and worn. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was plentiful with a variety of choices. For the price and location I would recommend this hotel and we will definately be returning.
