1st time in an aparthotel...what a fabulous experience, had a huge room...kitchen/diner, separate toilet and bathroom. Very modern, spotlessly clean, couldn't fault it Free cappuccino/hot chocolate machine in foyer, very welcome on a wet winters day in January... Ideal position right next to Trafalgar square, able to walk up the mall, Big Ben, London eye, Westminster, covent garden, leicester square, Westend...etc........

This Hotel is a great value for London and yet right in the middle of it all. I have stayed in London many times and I prefer a hotel with a kitchenette...the rooms are smallish but stylish and great for spending a week or just a few days. Internet is free and good...staff is super help-ful...cappuccino is lobby or coffee...

As the other reviews say super location. Found the staff friendly and helpful and the room was nice and very quiet. Only downside was breakfast was included in our deal and it was slightly chaotic with lack of plates knives etc. However the food was very nice and was replenished fairly quickly. We worked around it using what there was....

This is a great location just off of Trafalgar Square near the Embankment train station and Charring Cross Tube station. The area boasts Culture, Architecture, a variety of restaurants and is a great spot to observe London’s urban society and infrastructure. Everything you might need from restaurants to shops is close by. The apartments are very close to at least...

Loved this location right beside Trafalgar Square. We had a large studio room on the Mezzanine floor that overlooked the street, it was so well sound proofed we didn't hear a thing! Very friendly and helpful staff, free coffee machine was a very nice touch.

The Citadines Prestige Trafalgar Square definitely earns its title as "prestige". It's 5 stars all the way! With it's fresh contemporary-décor and exceptional service by all levels of staff, we will be return customers without a doubt. The lobby and 2-bedroom hotel room with living room and kitchenette was immaculately spotless, veryyy comfortable, and quiet. And the complimentary cappuccino/mocha/espresso machine...

Staying in Trafalgar Square / Embankment

Neighbourhood Profile
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.

“I slept of a sofa that pulls out into a bed. I found it to be very comfortable! My room was a bit too dimly lit, but one of my colleagues said her room was very bright! I think that if I had spoken up, the staff would have been happy to replace the bulbs in our lamps with brighter ones. I found the staff to be very accommodating. ”

“Don't expect toiletries like in America. All that seems to be provided in Europe is one bottle of multi-purpose soap. No shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or body lotion like in America. Also, arrive at the breakfast bar when it opens at 7 am for the best selection. The croissant, which are always delicious in Europe, were all gone the one morning we arrived around 9. And croissant for breakfast in Europe is absolutely a necessity, lol!”
