Neighbourhood
Trafalgar Square / Embankment
With its iconic Nelson’s Column, majestic oversized lions and brightly-lit fountains, Trafalgar Square is not just considered the heart of this bustling London hub, but the very core of the city itself. Beyond this esteemed gathering place are more famous icons, as well as a disproportionate numbers of the city’s most popular cultural attractions including the National Gallery and many West End theaters. Along the way to these major sites are quiet lanes and antiquated pubs to discover, as well as riverside vistas to enjoy on the embankment. With a calendar full of celebratory events, any time of year is a fine time to visit.

Waldorf hilton. What a beautiful hotel. This was a surprise weekend for my wife's birthday. I have stayed at many hotels but have never been made to feel so welcome as we were here nothing was to much for the staff. No matter what we wanted thay seemed to make it happen. The hotel being in the heart of theatre land makes it just a fantastic place to stay. We came away with the biggest smiles on our faces. What a weekend.

This hotel is in the Covent Garden area and surrounded by lots of great restaurants. Also convenient to several tube stops for easy site-seeing. The outside is currently undergoing renovation but didn’t affect the stay in the room at all. Would stay here again when in London.

Just spent the afternoon having tea at the Waldorf with my sister and Mum. It was so lovely. The staff are charming. Endless different teas to choose from. Delicious sandwiches. And oh so make fantastic cakes. Far too many but we tried our best to finish them :) It was all wonderful. Thank you Waldorf team for the lovely memory. I will be back one day for sure.

I stayed at the Waldorf initially for work purposes but it was so good that I returned on a number of occasions with extended family to share the experience. Centrally located, this hotel is perfect for those who are looking to explore the city or just soak up the atmosphere in covent garden. On each occasion, I had an incredible experience, spacious rooms with luxury feeling. The staff are very attentive at breakfast and there is a large range of food on offer. Can't wait to go back.

A trip to celebrate my daughters birthday, the rooms are nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We always stay here when coming to London, and have been coming for over 10 years and staying at this hotel.

Yes, well it didn't negatively impact our perfectly lovely stay. All else appeared to be newly renovated. And, it is now our go-to hotel in London after years of staying elsewhere as frequent visitors.
