This hotel is one of the nicest mid-range hotels in London. We had a deluxe room with breakfast included. They don't have a breakfast buffet but they serve you at the table with a choice of items. The room was spacious and very clean, it had a smart tv, mini bar and the bathroom has a walk in shower. Location is very convenient located near Bond station and I would definitely stay there again.

Great great location. Really easy place to stay with a young family. The hotel is a nod to Sherlock Holmes but not overdone or schmaltzy. They got it just right. It is quirky and interesting and just luxurious enough. Good value for money. The best gift for our kids that we have ever gotten... Sherlock Holmes books on their bed with a teddy. My 8 year old walked around London with his nose in a book thanks to them. Really lovely touch. They just get it. The restaurant menu is really child friendly too with proper healthy meals that my kids loved. And it never hurts to have a bar in your hotel! The best part about the hotel was the staff. Even when they get stuff wrong they are quick to help remedy it and they go out of their way to make life easy. Will be back for sure. (I mean where else does a hotel give your kids books to read before bed instead of chocolates?!)…

Just enjoyed a fantastic one night stay at this fabulous boutique hotel. Check in was smooth with lovely chocolates at the desk and a complimentary welcome cocktail. Yolanda welcomed us and we were given a fabulous room. Charmane from the front desk had organised some special touches in the room so we were very lucky, they really went all out to make sure we felt valued. We enjoyed another drink at the bar before heading next door to 106 for some live music which apparently is a new thing! Then dinner in Kitchen at Holmes which was delicious. The hotel is in a great location and the service is exceptional. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend.

This was an amazing hotel - the food was out of this world, the service was excellent and it was in a great location. Had a lovely pre Christmas weekend trip. The room was big with plenty of space and a comfortable bed.

Celebrated my birthday on this very fine hotel. We were surprised by the Office team when they’ve left some lovely birthday greetings in the room and bottle of bubbly for us. Totally blown away by the art deco of this place. I’m a big fan of Arthur Conan Doyle’s masterpiece and can see a lot of his novel scattered around the hotel like clues needing to be unfold. The breakfast was great too.

One of the best stays in all my Euro travels. The rooms were a bit on the small side but had all the amenities and were very well-appointed. Super well-designed. Breakfast was unreal- my daughter is still talking about the pastries months later. I enjoyed getting up early and sitting by the fire in the bar area catching up on work and drinking a delicious latte or two. We also came back to the hotel early two nights in a row just to lounge in the bar because the ambiance and the service was so nice. The location was quiet. Felt removed from the crowds and tourists but also a very quick jaunt to the Tube and some great restaurants. Try Harrys for dinner just down the street!!

I once wrote a long review of the Holmes Hotel on tripadvisor. The management agreed they stuffed me around. And they promised a room upgrade next time. This hotel breaks its promises. They cannot be trusted.

We had an excellent stay in London as a family. ☺️ The service and staff were very professional and always friendly. We felt really welcome. The studio suite with the spacious bathroom was very nice and clean. Delicious breakfast. The location is a perfect starting point to explore London. We will most likely book it again.
