Stayed in 67x and the room was cozy, but smaller than i expected. Location wise it was ok, small walk to underground and the buss stop. It’s an old facility but rooms seems renovated. The fridge stopped working and there were odor smells coming from the toilet. Could be as simple as missing a plumbing trap.

This hotel is excellent. Despite being in Swiss Cottage it is a short walk to the tube and you can get to anywhere in central London easily. Room was massive, modern and clean. Bathroom modern with the shower easy to use. Plenty of towels. Large tv in the room. Lots of plugs, a fridge and tea and coffee topped up every day. Staff were all super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

A family member made the executive decision to book since the second half of the party had perks to stay (way less cost). I don’t think that they see many Americans who prefer a B&B. It’s clean. Staff will help. About 0.5 miles from the closest “Tube” stop and can get right to Picadilly Circus.

Absolutely shocking - manager at 16.00 on 25th Feb said his name was James - honetly the worst manager I have ever encountered in hospitality. The hotel downgrades guests from a Junior Suite to a room with sofa bed which is on sale for £300 less. They say you pay the additional £300 for the included breakfast and terrace. Reservation confirmation said 40 Metres squared, room was 26 metres squared - the advisor answering the phone said it was a separate living and sleeping area (James refused to give this advisor's name for the purposes of this review) - the hotel lies and quietly downgrades customers - see previous reviews on here confirming that. "James" was incredibly rude, hung up, said "don't call back" and said to take it up with expedia. The room was tiny - we took a video which we will share in escalation, it is a box of a bathroom - nobody can call it a suite. Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Luckily expedia have agreed to refund the difference and moved us to a cleaner, better hotel but the Marriott Regents Park should really be avoided until they sort out their management team and their use of the word "Suite".

We had the best stay at this hotel as a family of four. Our room was so spacious, cleaned daily and all items were replenished. The buffet breakfast was the best we ever had. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was superb. The pool and gym were an added bonus. The staff were so friendly and professional. We highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

I am a frequent traveler and a Marriott Titanium elite member. I will preface my review, as I usually do, by stating that I rate hotels based on the brand and its expectations. This was my second trip to the London Marriott Regents Park and once again, I was pleasantly surprised at our stay. The hotel is situated a little more than a block away from the Swiss Cottage Tube stop. It was easy for us roll our luggage from the tube to the hotel (the only exception being the set of stairs from the station to the street. Our check-in process was good. We did have to wait for our room a bit, but we were provided access to the executive lounge (as a titanium elite member). We did get an upgraded room (without having to use an NUA) which was very nice and spacious. The food and drinks at the executive lounge were good and we also quite enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. The hotel is a little less than a mile to Camden Market and it's a bit farther than a mile to the zoo. If you don't mind the distance, they are both very enjoyable and safe walks. We needed the exercise, so we walked to Camden Market. You could also easily take a bus or taxi just outside the hotel. Its also an easy walk to Abbey Road studio (also about a mile), if you head in the other direction. The area around the hotel is nice. It is mostly residential. There are some convenience stores nearby and various shops, especially if you walk north up Finchley road (past the Swiss cottage pub and tube stop). We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

This hotel gives Marriott a bad name. From their refusal to allow our son into the room before we arrived even though his name was on the reservation, to their refusal to acknowledge any issue with that, to the noise from the other rooms at a very early hour in the morning to the failure to make up our room all day despite having a sign on the door requesting service, it was abysmal. We used to live nearby and now I know why we never heard about it or had it recommended to friends. This is a lousy hotel and is also very, very overpriced. The taxi stand was the only good thing I can say for it.

Dear Guest Thank you for sharing your feedback from your recent stay with us. I am really sorry that the hotel was not able to fulfill your special day request when you checked in to the room, I will need to follow up with my team as to why this was note alerted earlier. We apologise for the disappointment, we would never want any of our guests to have a bad experience and we once again apologise for leaving a bad impression during your time with us. We stayed almost a week at this hotel as we discovered London. We initially thought we are a bit outside of the city, but we realized this was a much better place to be within the residential area away from the crowded touristic areas but still very close with the tube to anywhere we wanted. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The room was very spacious compared to London hotel standards. We could fit a king bed and a sofa bed quite comfortably and still had plenty of space. We initially chose this one as they accept traveling pets, but then we could not bring our pet due to the UK limitations on international pet travel. It was however still a great experience with great service by the hotel staff. Highly recommend.
