    Great hotel, reception with verry friendly and helpfull staff. The rooms are comfortable and modern design. Metro station its at five minutes walking from the hotel. The only complaint its on quality of the breakfast. Recomended

    We are having a wonderful time and experience at this hotel. The service is great the room is spacious and very clean. We have the m club and there is a manager her name is Dana and she has treated us just great. She is very warm and friendly. She is a keeper.

    M Lounge
    I was not happy with the looby staff service or carluccio’s staff, but when I got into to de M Longe my idea change, to be quick Dana was all the time alert of us and other people giving us the best service in the hotel. Congrats Dana!

    Very comfortable but I would eat somewhere else
    Great reception. Convenient and safe but expensive parking, it is London I suppose. Our room is excellent and very comfortable. But the food.... It looks good in Caluccios but it lacks flavour and wasn’t great. We will eat somewhere else tonight. The buffet “hot” breakfast this morning was nearly cold, bacon, scrambled egg, tomatoes, mushrooms everything and cold plates. Just not good enough, sorry. This was at 7.45 when breakfast was about to peak. Good coffee and pleasant service.…

    The M Lounge are available for our Platinum members + above, and for specific room categories, such as our Executive rooms and Suites. Apart of that is also available for purchase of £29.00/ person/ night

    Are there restaurants and cafes in the area to grab coffee in the morning and dinner at night when back from city center?

    Hello, is the neighborhood pretty safe? I will be staying alone with two kids and taking the tube into the city center. THank you.
    Sorry for the delay as I missed this notification. The area is safe, we went out on foot in the evening and didn’t feel nervous about doing so. Tube station is close to hotel and if you really feel unsafe there are always taxis waiting outside

    Room service is £4 extra.. Well worth it when the restaurant is packed!

    As a tourist, is central London- where all the main attractions are, far from the hotel? Understand that it is near a tube station. Approximately how long would it take to travel back and forth on foot of by taxi?
    To walk from hotel to Center ( Oxford street) will take about 20-25 minutes. By taxi could be 10.
