Good stay in this hotel. Staff were great. In the morning there was a wonderful breakfast with lots of options. Room was clean and had a window. There was a bit of noise at night but apart from that it was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again.

First time stay at this hotel, and what a find. Location was excellent, only two blocks from Selfridges on Oxford Street, but far enough away that it was quiet and noise was minimal. As per other reviews, The staff that I encountered were helpful and a "can do" approach to work. There are many room types, so make sure you have one that works for you - for example, the Single is just that, not a double or queen in a small room. Dining was good overall, and prices in keeping with hotels and also competative with the local area overall. Great Stay, Great People and Great Location.

Ideally located and great staff. Good food in the bar and not over expensive. Room wasn’t ready on checking in but fair play they gave us a couple free drinks & nibbles while we waited. Oxford street is about 5 minute walk. Would use again

I stayed there for 4 nights with my wife and my 6-year-old son. The room was spacious and they gave us a sofa bed for our son which was very great The room service is excellent, they come two times a day The staff was very friendly, especially the doorman The hotel near almost every thing, the oxford street and the Hyde park, Mayfair and the regent street It will be my first choice in London

We had afternoon tea with a glass of bubbly and I'd go as far as to say it was one of the best I've ever had, along with brilliant service. Our waitor explained the menu to us and changed any of the sandwiches, cakes and scones to our preferences. The selection was great and the size of the cakes were bigger than I'd had elsewhere which was nice. Great value for money! The only thing I wished was that the tea was unlimited as you only get 1 pot per person. Thank you to our waiter for making a special occasion even more so with his perfect service!

The Hotel is very well located and has a very high standard fo cleanlines. Furthermore the Breakfast offering is of very high quality. WE really enjoyed our stay in London and I totally recomend the Hotel.

I had an amazing stay at The Mandeville. It's a boutique hotel in THE perfect location in London. Restaurants and shopping are steps away, so is the tube (subway) and anything else is a short taxi ride. It's relatively quiet, very clean and ALL the staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. There is a bistro bar (living room style!) and restaurant inside the hotel, which was extremely convenient for quick bites and cocktails. I will absolutely return when traveling solo to London, business or pleasure. Small elevators was the only curiosity, but I didn't have too many bags, so it was fine. Never too long a wait, and there are stairs too.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL. THE SERVICE IS AMAZING! RAZUAN IS FANTASTIC THE ROOMS ARE LOVELY. THE STAFF IS SUPER ACCOMMODATING! VERY FRIENDLY! GREAT LOCATION! FOOD IS DELICIOUS! GREAT BAR TOO! I have stayed here for business and leisure. I feel at home here and feel that the staff really cares about the hotel guests and goes out of their way to make sure all of their guests are happy!
