Great staff and comfortable rooms. Mabel & Mikki were wonderful on the front desk and always super helpful. Location was great also close to tubes and cafe shops. Will stay there again and very reasonably priced too.

Stayed in this hotel at the weekend with friends. Staff were very pleasant but unfortunately there was NO heating in our hotel room. It was -2 degrees outside. Firstly, a member of staff came to our room to fix the heating, it still didn’t work. Staff provided us with a plug in heater which did not heat the room. Day two we were upgraded to another room. To our surprise the heating was also not on in this room and there was a plug in heater. After some time, the room did get warmer. On check out, I requested a full refund for the first night, this didn’t seem to be an issue at first. The lady at the desk handed me an envelope which she said contained the refund. In this envelope there was £150. The room was £194. When I asked for the remaining £44, the lady said that we got a room upgrade for night two that is why the full refund wasn’t granted. After some unnecessary negotiation, the lady gave me an extra £40. Not good enough, will not be returning or advising anyone to stay there again if visiting London!!!…

Very good hotel, great location. Divya and miki were very welcoming on reception. Room was a bit too warm but that was the only bad thing I have to say about the hotel. I would return without hesitation.
