We enjoyed 2 separate stays @ this small & friendly hotel in October & November. Room 23 is perfect for 2 people & enjoy a balcony overlooking gorgeous park across street. Staff is very nice & provide a lovely breakfast including cappuccino machine, every morning....More
Staff were excellent and friendly room was modest in size but very well designed not to feel small. The room had excellent facilities to a high tech spec. Our room had a balcony that looked out over the garden in the square.
Second stay at Henley House Hotel. Minutes from Earl's Court tube station, (Piccadilly and District lines). Many nearby restaurants and pubs (try the Courtfield!) Quiet side street, nice neighborhood grocery nearby. Continental Breakfast ok but somewhat limited. Accommodating, nice, friendly staff. Free mobile phone to...More

With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.

Yes this is possible. I also arrived the hotel earlier than check in time. However I suggest that before arriving just drop them an email to let them know you will arrive early to leave luggage with them. This is important because I arrived earlier and there was no one at the reception for about 20 minutes. The main door was locked and I pressed the bell for many times. I think the staff was busy making up guest rooms and could not hear the door bell ringing. Hence I think is important to just correspond with them via email with your request before you arrive. Hope this helps!
