Great hotel, ideally located for being a tourist in London! You can walk to so many places from the hotel, or jump on the tube which is next door/ the riverboats. The service from the staff was fantastic. Close to the Southbank, Houses of Parliament, walking distance of Trafalgar Square/ theatres couldn't really ask for more!

Everything and the staff were first class. Our room was ready for us really early when we dropped our bags off at 11.30am. Short stay, no complaints at all and great value compared... More

This hotel is very well situated, particularly with respect to the opera houses, south bank institutions (Royal Festival Hall etc,) and theaterland. It has a great appearance, particularly from St James Park. The staff were very pleasant (do not accept their offer for a car to Gatwick. It can be had for much less). The restaurant was very adequate and... More

Staying in Westminster

Neighbourhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
