Excellent location just a street behind one of the main shopping havens (selfriges, marks and spencer, etc) of London. Plenty of food options and convenient stores. Also 5-10min walk from the Big Bus tour 'station' and 5 min walk from Underground Train station. Front desk employees were accommodating and going the extra mile to help us find room next to...

I attended a conference here for 2 days. It was very well organised, and the facilities at the hotel were brilliant. Lunch was provided and included in the course that I attended and I must say that it was well thought out and organised. I would definitely attend here again.

Sent to the wrong room on check-in. Room was very good. Not soundproof as advertised; neighbour's snoring and mobile phone calls very audible. Lifts broke down every day! Two fire alarms on one day; hotel evacuated; NO fire and NO drill. Same thing happened on a previous visit. Management needs to wake up.

Room was spacious and all amenities were great. Bed was super comfy and luxurious. Bathroom was lovely and clean. The complimentary mini bar fridge is an excellent idea together with the Nespresso machine.

We stayed 2 nights at the start of our Insight "Highlights of Europe" tour. Our small room (large bed) was on the top floor, down a VERY long hallway and it had a "view" towards an old poorly maintained building. The location is great - within easy walking distance of Hyde Park, Selfridges on Oxford and the terrific restaurant district...

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. We found that the bottle of milk in the fridge was already opened. We notified housekeeping about this and within 10 mins, they sent 2 bottles of milk and extra bottle of waters. In addition, Miss Margie Merricks, the "Executive Head Housekeeper" of the hotel came to our room and apologized in...

Great two night stay very comfortable and great facilities. Hotel has recently been refurbished and in the process lost all the 2930's character charm however the modernisation compensates in other ways to make a very comfortable stay. Good points - location , complementary mini bar, decent coffee with a Nespresso machine and very helpfull staff.

Pretty much next door to Selfridges. A very central location which is about 5 minutes away from Bond st station. I didn't eat at the hotel as there are so many eateries close by. Staff were friendly. Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
