4 of us stayed this weekend at the Tower hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was completely faultless in every way. When we arrived, we were offered an upgrade to a superior room for a reasonable sum, and this included excellent perks such as free parking, VIP suite access and breakfast. Adela on reception provided superb customer service...

I have travelled extensively all over the world to 'International' Class Hotels. This Hotel I found to be at least as good if not better than most, given it is a large operation! We had a wedding at the Tower of London to attend, half an hour before having to be there I found I had left my Suit Trousers...

Perfect location - right in the middle of everything, easy access for tubes etc. The hotel it self from the outside looks old, but as soon as you walk in, it's gorgeous! Really friendly staff, great food & atmosphere. Either side of the hotel view are fab, either then tower bridge all lit up or a beautiful marina!

We cannot fault the hotel staff, accommodation and location. Particularly the excellent upgrade to an Executive room (minimal fee) which included late check out and use of the executive lounge. The one problem was the issuing of the key cards as we had to visit reception on 4 occasions as we were locked out. This is the only reason we've...

Booked a stay to go to theatre , short trip on tube or taxi to Strand and excellent position for a stroll along the Thames the next day. Room was very comfortable and would recommend taking the room upgrade offer as it included breakfast, parking and drinks in the club lounge, which paid for itself. Staff were extremely helpful and...

Fabulous location right next to Tower Bridge/Tower of London. We had a very comfortable bed - so a great night sleep. Bedding and towels very good quality. Would recommend this Hotel. Complimentary water in room was a nice touch.

Excellent hotel on the banks on the Thames overlooking Tower Bridge (London Bridge if from the USA). Service, rooms and food excellent. Particularly fond of the underground car park very handy for a London hotel.

Another trip to London meant another trip to the Tower hotel. It has become my hotel of choice. Service from booking to check out is excellent. And the hotel now looks much smarter with its new windows. Shame the restaurant doesn't match the hotel level of service. Reduced level of facilities in the executive lounge is the reason for 4...
