Absolutely fantastic location, right on top of all the theatres. 5 minute walk from leicester square and covent garden. Hotel was excellent value for money for such a central location. Double room small but adequate for our needs. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

This hotel is in a perfect location for shopping, visiting the theatres and generally having a good time with friends. Although the room was small it was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a weekend break. Breakfast was not the best I have ever had but there was plenty of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only downside...

The hotel is in an excellent location a few minutes from Tottenham Court Road underground station and very close to the shops and theatre land. There was a lot of building work going on at present at reception but the staff response was quick and very welcoming. Our only complaint was the size of our room which was small but...

My wife and I stayed at the St Giles last November on a visit to London. The checking in process took two minutes and we were in our room unpacking 5 minutes later. The concierge gave us very good advice on how to get to where we wanted to visit by walking instead of using public transport. The breakfast were very good and...

Once again we stayed at this hotel on a trip to London, it is very central within walking distant to Dominion Theatre and Oxford Street Shopping centre, also to other places to visit like St Pauls Cathedral etc. Covent Garden and the British Museum are within a 10-minute walk away. The room was very clean and nice quite adequate for...

The hotel is very centrally located, and both theaters and lots of tourist sites (British Museum, Trafalgar Square ...) are within walking distance. At the moment the entrance is being refurbished, which may make it a bit stressy for the staff; there's a helpful person trying to direct you to a receptionist who's available, but the receptionists are quite "cool"...

Having been told about renovations, we were sceptical about our stay at the hotel. However despite the minor disruptions the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The consierge was truly the most helpful person I've met. The room was nice, with great views of London and a small Lounge area. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean and modern...

Stayed here for one night. Good location but room small and noisy with oxford street being close by. Bed was really uncomfortable too. Good basic hotel which was really busy. Didn't eat here so not sure on the quality. If you want a central location than this hotel is good for that. Don't know if I would come back here...

It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum.
