Our family gave us a present of 3 nights stay in the Piccadilly. We got a very warm welcome when we arrived and shown to our room which was beautifully decorated with good wishes. We were really surprised. The employees were lovely always a smile when we met. This hotel is in a great location beside theatres, restaurants and shopping....

What a FANTASTIC hotel! The room was lovely, the staff were lovely, the location amazing, and the extra touches like welcome prossecco and a message in rose petals on the bed with a birthday note & chocolates for my mum made it spectacular. Can't recommend it enough :)

This hotel is perfectly located for the theaters. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the accommodation was lovely. Breakfast was excellent too. Altogether, our stay was a very good experience.

Great location near China Town, Theaterland, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square. Small rooms but well appointed with heated bathroom floors. Breakfast included was very nice and offered vegan and vegetarian options.

On arrival to the hotel we were ASTOUNDED at the location! We could see the Queen's theatre (where we were seeing Les Mis), FROM THE HOTEL DOOR! We couldn't have been closer if we tried. During check in we were offered complimentary prosecco and chocolates which was a lovely touch. We also by chance got a free room upgrade -...

Lovely hotel, wonderful welcome from staff. The room was on the small side but they had made the most of the space and it didn't feel cramped. All the staff were friendly and we loved the treats left on the pillows for when we went to bed. The breakfast was very tasty and high quality. Would go back and use...

Just returned from a 3 night stay here, the hotel is very well equipped, nice staff, very helpful, courteous. Had a superior double room which was nice, good mini bar, snacks and free water, only downside for us was that the bathroom didn't have enough storage/shelving. Hotel is spotless, great housekeeping. This hotel is an ideal place to stay when visiting London, great location.

We booked a night here as we wanted to be close to the central locations and to our show theatre. We loved how we could easily access places by foot being in close proximity to Oxford Street and good restaurants. The room was very comfortable and contemporary. All the mod cons you could need. We didn't have time to use...

This hotel has been one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. On arrival I was greeted with a smile and great customer services. The room was spotless and well decorated. My only issue with the decor is, I would of like the tv to of been facing the centre of the bed not the left side. This...

We arrived to be told that there had been a power cut and that we were to be sent to their sister hotel in Marble Arch. I said that the reason we booked that hotel was because we wanted to be in that area. We were going to the theatre. It was clear that some power was on in the...

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
