Great staff and very convenient location, the hotel is literally less than 5 minutes walking distance from Gloucester Road tube station. It offers very good services for a very competitive price for the area.
Definitely recommended!

If you want to find poor quality with dirty bathrooms and dodgy electrical kit..... this is the place for you. I arrived after 1130pm following a fab tour of the war rooms. They were in a better state! Had I not been so tired I...More

I've stayed here many times when the hotel was owned by Best Western; unfortunately the new Ibis branding hasn't improved it (yet?). It feels very half done - the toilet/sink in my room had recently been replaced, but the shower hadn't - still had a...More

And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. Dear Guest,
Thank you for staying with us at the Best Western, The Cromwell Hotel.
Please visit us again soon!

Easy to get from Heathrow. The Cromwell is just around the corner from Gloucester Road Station on the Picadilly tube Line which goes directly to Heathrow. The Cromwell is not a luxury hotel, but ok for a couple of days.
