    Convenient location, great staff

    Great staff and very convenient location, the hotel is literally less than 5 minutes walking distance from Gloucester Road tube station. It offers very good services for a very competitive price for the area. Definitely recommended!

    Warm helpful staff, convenient location, clean comfortable hotel

    Easy to get from Heathrow. The Cromwell is just around the corner from Gloucester Road Station on the Picadilly tube Line which goes directly to Heathrow. The Cromwell is not a luxury hotel, but ok for a couple of days.
