Hotel needs to be updated, enjoyed the breakfast except for the sausages. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located to public transport and reasonable price restaurants and not far from Hyde Park. This Hotel offers value for your money when compared with other hotels in the area.

The first room was so small my friend asked for us to be changed as it was like a broom cupboard. They did change us without argument to a slightly bigger room in which the tv had a white line down it but still watchable. There were no window views just walls in the two rooms we were in. The...

Contrary to some previous comments, we had a very comfortable one-night stay recently as part of a theatre break package. Very clean bedroom and bathroom and good breakfast with plenty of choices to suit most tastes. Only 5 mins walk to tube and Kensington Palce Gardens just across the road. We normally stay in 4/5 star hotels but this fitted...

I had the misfortune to spend two nights here on business this weekend. We were down in the basement in a long thin room. The window was small, with patterned glass so even if I did want to look outside I couldn't. It was an old sash window that had seen better days and let in a terrible draught. The...

Staff at the front desk was polite but the rest is needles to talk about. Room was OK, cleaned daily. Breakfast was terrible, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and awful sausages. The biggest surprise was that I was charged for luggage stored in the luggage room prior my departure. This is a ROBERRY!

Not the greatest place I've stayed. I've stayed in better 3 star hotels. "Generally" clean but in very desperate need of room interior update. Room was very small with a very uncomfortable mattress that felt like i was sleeping on bricks. Only one pillow per person and even they weren't very supportive/comfy. Asked for another pillow to be told they...
