We arrived early from the United States after traveling for 16 hours. We were ready for a shower and sleep. The room was ready a couple of hours early. We appreciated the ability to check in early. The television, WIFI, heat, and water pressure were all perfect. Plenty of hot water too. The room was boldly decorated with bright blue... More

A planned two days in London, we chose this hotel as it is near Queensway Tube Stn and easy access for the Central Line and busses into the West End. Comfy, welcoming, and a hearty breakfast, full English or Continental. We didn't dine in though, preferring to eat 'up west'.

Great location easy access to the central line to explore London although the hotel is very basic which is reflected in the price the rooms are clean with tea and coffee making facilities, and the staff are friendly

at over £100 a night you would expect at least some heating. Winter in london is pretty cold. I asked for a heater to be brought up and the reception offered me a blanket !! Finally i got a heater. The TV is very small and has terribel sound, the remote had batteries held in by sellotape. Must try harder.... More

Booked this late so was a bit wary of what it would be like. Price for 2 nights amazing. Hotel appearance good, reception area and bar lovely, bar open till late, bar food good. Our room overlooked onto I think apartments. The room itself just like being in your bedroom, large bathroom/shower lovely and clean no complaints. Underground station you... More

Lovely nights stay in London to see the jersey boys! This hotel is so close to the tube, nice clean large quiet room! Staff lovely and a nice hot breakfast! The pillows were a bit high but that's the only thing I didn't like!

The hotels and staff were lovely, but the room was let down by the pillows. Awful nights sleep, they was so hard it was unbearable tossing and turning all night long. Our towels also fell off the towel rail and into the toilet over night but that was soon resolved quickly by the staff so was happy with that.
