This was our second stay at this charming hotel and we were not disappointed. We hope to be back in 2019! The staff are very friendly and helpful and there was a welcoming log fire in the Entrance Hall. Our room on the second floor was tastefully furnished and decorated…
Hotels, Fine Cafes are an extension of our personalities, we are all very different so hence so is our taste in them. Call me old-fashioned, no I am not, but Durrants Hotel is certainly an extension of my personality. I first found the utterly delightful hotel just before…

My wife and I stayed here for a week at the end of November on a business trip. The location was great right behind the Wallace collection on a quiet street. Only minutes from the tube and bus stops. The room was small but very nicely decorated. Wonderful boutique hotel feel.
Great location in central London. Our room was OK if not a bit small but the water pressure in the shower was virtually non-existent which was incredibly frustrating. We were told it was a perennial problem. A pity as lobby area and downstairs ooze charm of a bygone age .
"Ask for a refurbished room with air conditioning. Avoid Suite 121 or better still, AVOID altogether."
"Leave the room keys in the drop box when you leave, ask for them when you return, no need to carry it with you."
"I was on the first floor not much of a view from my room but it was a cold night. Ask for a room with an upgraded bathroom"
"The biggest room you can afford"
"Ask for a quiet room. The road in front is busy and noisy"
