As London hotels start to reopen, 11 Cadogan Gardens is welcoming guests again. In keeping with current precautions, the highly professional and courteous staff all wear face-coverings and guests are also asked to wear these in public areas. Hand sanitiser is available throughout and extra staff are on hand to keep the hotel scrupulously clean. This attention to detail, the comparatively small size of the property and the location all combine to make this an excellent choice for a stay in London.

Located in a quiet street in one of the best parts of London, this luxury boutique hotel is a few minutes walk from Sloane Square in Chelsea and close to both the King's Road and Knightsbridge.

Originally four grand Victorian houses, the 56 bedroom property offers upscale accommodation. The comfortable public rooms still have the air of the opulent lifestyle enjoyed by well-heeled Londoners at the end of the nineteenth century.

Highly recommended.

The best hotel we’ve stayed in, in London.
From the moment we walked through the door the staff were so friendly and helpful!
We had a 2hr30 journey down to London & when we got to the hotel we had originally booked they told us they were closed!! Stressed would be an understatement. We booked this hotel through my dad as he has stayed there many of times and knows the GM which was helpful.
When we got to the front desk the gentleman took care of all our bags, checked us in straight away and took us up to our rooms & made us feel so much more relaxed.
We had evening drinks in the bar just before we headed out to Hakkasan & it was such a brilliant ambiance every single member of staff we just 100% helpful and friendly !
We will definitely be staying here again. We had the best experience and that’s because the staff were so nice!
Keep up the good work!

Dear Charlotte Thank you for your wonderfully positive review and we're really pleased that we were able to help you recover from a rocky arrival experience at your first hotel and ensure that you enjoyed your visit to London to the full. I'm pleased that you experienced and enjoyed our wonderful Chelsea Bar and then went on to Hakkasan, one of the many fantastic restaurants local to the hotel. Come back soon!! Kind Regards Ian Richardson - General Manager

Everything was perfect from the warm enthusiastic welcome from the receptionist, to the care and consideration shown by the housekeepers. One can see the pride that the staff have for working at such a magnificent property.

Thoughtful touches for Covid compliance were incredibly welcome, such as welcome amenities (masks, sanitizer and wipes), sanitizer bottles professionally presented on each floor and in public areas as well as well trained staff understanding and respecting social distancing and the like.

Amazing cocktails at Han's Bar and Grill and atmosphere from Pavillon Road - would highly recommend a table outside.

Cannot wait to go back.

Dear 310rebeccal Thank you so much for your kind words and I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us. It is good to hear that you felt safe and secure in these challenging times without the regulations impacting on the overall enjoyment of your time with us. Great to hear that you enjoyed our location on the increasingly popular (and newly pedestrianised) Pavilion Road - looking forward to welcoming you back soon. Thank you once again for taking the time to write and let us know your feedback. Kind Regards Ian

Wonderful stay at 11 Cadogan Gardens, the hotel is characterful & luxurious. Made up of a quintet of elegant townhouses, inside is a labyrinth of sultry corridors & stairways, walls adorned with imposing portraits. The location is fabulous, tucked away on a quiet, affluent street, but less than 5 minutes walk to the Kings Road & Sloane Square. Staff were outstanding across the board, all super friendly & unpretentious but polished. It’s a very personal experience, with guests remembered by name. I was kindly upgraded & my room bright & cheery, if a tad unmemorable. Move up the categories for something more lavish. Six apartments are also available. I had a blissful sleep, aside from the occasional, comforting creak of historic floorboards. Beds & linens are top notch, toiletries upscale. The guest lounge & breakfast room are both tastefully & sympathetically done & the beautiful Mirror Room warrants a peek. The Chelsea Bar had just reopened during my stay, a classy, intimate little spot with a gentleman’s club feel, inspiring cocktails & super service. Hans Grill, the restaurant, is a laid back, all day affair, with a terrace spilling out onto gorgeous Pavilion Road. Food was sensational (OMG - the Korean cauliflower wings, the Shetland mussels!) & service, once again, was faultless.
A charming place.

I just came back to London after being in lockdown in Surrey for 4 months. So great to be back at this wonderful small hotel. They have taken great care to prepare the property as per the Covid-19 guidelines - the cleanliness, and the staff are wearing their masks and are being more than attentive to the guests. The new GM, Ian Richardson, has been very present with the guests, making sure everyone has everything they need. It's a shame that a previous review by a bitter soul, who has no loyalty but clearly only vitriol, and who has nothing better to do, has trashed this hotel that has always done their utmost for their guests. Best they go someplace else and leave this establishment for guests who sincerely care about 11 Cadogan Gardens. Thank you everyone here, so glad you're all healthy and okay, and I look forward to staying on....Marissa

On arrival we received a very friendly welcome and the check in process was also very professional. Even though we were too early for check in our room was available and we stayed in room 104 on the first floor. Unfortunately we had no view, having obscure glass on the window, and the room was very dark. However, it was warm and cosy, the bed was comfortable and we had plenty of storage. The bathroom was very characterful but in need of a complete update and improved lighting. As with most buildings of this age you do expect to hear creaking floors and plumbing noise but we could actually hear someone talking in the room adjacent to us or it could have been above us so we would definitely ask for a room on a higher floor next time. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. Our steaks were perfectly cooked and had lots of flavour. The service was also very good. There is a bar in the hotel which is dark and atmospheric. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for the lovely feedback and your kind review. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and by all means, we will ensure that you get a room on a higher floor next time you stay with us. I am pleased to inform you that we are updating the bathrooms in the remaining bedrooms which we never had a chance to complete during last year's renovation and they should be ready in a couple of months' time. Once again many thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback and I look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. Best Wishes

Elegant premises with a quaint touch right in the middle of Chelsea. The location is perfect for a stroll as the hotel is right next to cafes, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was inviting and well-appointed, particularly the bed was impeccably dressed and comfortable. We dined at the hotel’s restaurant Hans’ Bar & Grill where we have been welcomed warmly and enjoyed an impeccable dinner and service. Special thanks to all the staff who were extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly.

My husband and I stayed here last night after winning an auction item which was donated at the McMillan ball late in 2019. The hotel is fabulously located 5 mins walk from Sloane Square and 10 mins from Harrods. We were given a very warm welcome on arrival and our bags swiftly taken whilst we checked in. We were also upgraded from a standard room to the presidential suite which was huge and decorated with beautiful traditional furnishings. This hotel has 5 star staff always available and willing to help from the gentleman on the door to each and every member of staff in both bars and the Restuarant. There was some renovation work being carried out to restore a floor and this was explained on arrival but did not affect our stay in any way.
The Chelsea bar is cosy and dark with a selection of artisan gins and cocktails, the Hans bar and grill had excellent food and a lovely wine room for a cocktail after dinner.
Overall a very lovely stay in a beautiful hotel with excellent staff to mange it, I would definitely come back

My husband and I recently spent the night of our wedding at 11 Cadogan. They made our special day even more special, by putting complementary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room and giving us a super late checkout the next day. All the staff knew we had gotten married and everyone was so lovely and congratulatory - it was really a wonderful addition to our celebrations!
