As a widowed mum of an AuDHD pre-teen, it's difficult to find a twin room that allows us some space, without having to book an expensive family room, the rooms were large enough, with space to sit. With Hilton brand you know what you are getting, a good quality room, good choice of food, and well trained, friendly staff. The entrance is currently having a makeover, so it was a bit awkward to see where reception was. You won't get a room with a pretty view, it's in London! We were treated to a magnificent view of Victoria station, bin yards and all 🤣 But the location is fantastic, a couple of minutes walk from Victoria station and underground. The hotel although it seemed very busy, was quiet in the room. No noise. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping were friendly and helpful. …

Immaculate and well maintained rooms and amenities, pleasant staff and environment. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, bars are well run, I would definitely book this hotel again when visiting London.

I was shocked at the price charged for laundry, it would be more cost effective to buy new socks and underwear that to have it done through the hotel. When I arrived, they swiped my card for £300 and then added the laundry (£150) on top of that.... not subtracting from the amount already on my card. Not in the spirit of sound business and conducive to guest relationships. And to top it all, I have no idea if the initial £300 will be credit back to me. Poor showing from management.

The breakfast was very delicious and the staff was very welcoming. Me and my mom were very comfortable and it felt like we were home. I never thought a normal breakfast in a hotel would be such an experience.

Staffs are all excellent. I requested early arrival opportunity, but unfortunately no availability. I was then offered to freshen up and they will help storage my bags. When I came out they even found me a room!

Very nice service in particular during breakfast. Some confusion at check-in though. Comfy bedroom and beds. Clean bathroom. Good recommendation in terms of local restaurants and things to do. 5 mins away from Victoria station therefore easy for commuting
