The staff are wonderful, friendly and so helpful! I can not rave enough about the staff. Hotel has nice size rooms considering you are in London. Tasteful decorated. Dog friendly. Lovely back yard to sit have a cocktails and have breakfast. The breakfast has very thing you might want, including vegetarian and gluten-free. This will be our go to place in London from now on.
We loved our stay here. Staff was great. Hotel was convenient to the tube station, close to a lot of restaurants, but itself was on a fairly quiet street. If you stay here, we really recommend the breakfast. I almost never pay for a breakfast at a hotel, but this one is really worth it. We also really enjoyed hanging out in the garden.
What a super 'gem' of a period hotel in the buzzing area of London, close to Earls Court, V&A, Kensington Palace & Gardens, Natural History Museum & many more great London attractions. Kensington High Street is less than 15min walk away, with Tube station, Earls Court, less than 5 minute walk. The hotel itself is a beautiful period property, with a lovely entrance, adorned with pretty window boxes & beautiful colorful flowers in containers. Reception staff are welcoming, and helpful, and whilst the communal areas are small, there is a nice bar area, restaurant area, and a gorgeous, spacious, landscaped garden! a real gem for London hotels. We had a family room, which overlooked the pretty garden, and whilst the decor could be perceived as a little tired, it was a comfortable room, & the extra large bed was very comfy! The bathroom was small, & I would say the shower lacked power, but it did the job & was adequate. Breakfast on Saturday & Sunday was busy, & there wasn't enough room in the restaurant area, but we were quickly accommodated in the bar area, which was much brighter & airy, so we were pleased. Offering an excellent choice of cooked & continental, which was of good quality & had some nice options for Vegetarians. It is really hard to find nice Hotels in London that don't break the bank, & whilst this Hotel is more expensive than budget options, it really was great, & worth the extra.…
We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was close to transport and had a lovely garden. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was probably one of the better breakfasts we had on our trip. The only downside would have to be that it was lacking lunch and dinner and their was no bar menu.
What I (and my wife) like about this place is that the room, while small (it's London), contains all the amenities needed. Shout out to the staff members Spyros, Ralph, and Carmen, for their help through our stay there. BTW the windows in the room can be opened. We didn't figure it out until our second day. :-)
We had stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and had liked its location very close to the tube station, in house restaurant and details that we booked again. Unfortunately, post pandemic the restaurant is no longer there though breakfast is served. This trip my husband got ill and was confined to our hotel room for 5 days. The staff was stellar in their care of him and me. Dino the head of housekeeping was especiallly attentive to our needs as were Diogo and Diana, waitstaff at breakfast and Joel at the front desk. They went above and beyond in their helpfulness and concen. Our stay was marred also by the national rail strike but again they each asssisted in a way that allowed me to take advantage of London despite this obstacle. Though our vacation was impacted by these unforseen events I am deeply grateful to all the staff for their generosity.…
Hotel K+K George Hotel is a great boutique hotel located in a location that is easy to get around. Earls Court train station is block away. Tons or restaurants one block away.. Great location if you are wanting to visit the museums. The hotel was clean, breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to help make sure our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay their again next time I am in London!
My friend and i went for a drink at K+K George yesterday after a long day at work the Bar man Donald was absolutely fantastic very knowledgeable about all the drinks and friendly with a beautiful smile, if all bar tenders are like him in London bar we would all be very lucky. Thank you so much Donald
We visited London during the jubilee and this hotel was fabulous! Nice comfy rooms. Hearty breakfast every morning with lattes. At night after a long day of sit seeing we would visit the bar where Daniel made us feel so welcomed and special! The hotel is located close to the tube and buses with great pubs too. I can’t wait to visit again.
The Garden and the service!!! These were the highlights of this hotel! The garden was an oasis for us after going around the busy streets of London. We got to sit in a beautifully landscaped English garden while being served tea or coffee by the excellent staff of this hotel. The gardener, Paul, even took time to answer some of my questions about the different plants. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay truly memorable. A special thank you to Daniel in the bar who offerred and brought tea to us outside, even when it was drizzling. Also a shoutout to Andrea and Mathew for always welcoming us back with a smile and a small chat. This is definitely our place whenever we visit London!
