My husband and I always go to London in February, and we always stay at the Kingsway Hall Hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff always welcome us with friendly smiles and "welcome back". It is a very traditional hotel, but extremely consistent and always clean. Thank you and see you next year.

We arrived late on Friday evening and booking in went smoothly. The hotel is close to Covent Garden and the Theatre area. The rooms are of a good size and clean and well decorated. The bar staff were all very helpful and nice and the prices reasonable for the area. The only slight snag we had was that on returning...

Had a deal for the sparkling afternoon tea option. We had a selection of sandwiches on lovely bread, scones and pastries. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing with no pressure to leave. Service was good except that we were confused about what options were unlimited as they only brought one tray out for the four of us and the...

The hotel is nice enough, reasonably priced, in a great location but the suite we were in had a way to firm mattress on the bed which spoiled the whole experience for us. Great for theatres, Covent Garden etc

The Kingsway is well located. Close to the Holborn and Covent Garden Underground on the Picadilly line. It is situated close to the British Museum and Covent Garden and easy walking distance to the theatre district of Soho. The staff are pleasant and eager to please. Our room a standard twin was comfortable and clean. All in all this was...

Arrived to a warm greeting and efficient check in. Nicely furnished room which was very clean and comfortable and nice bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities and mini bar excellent. Staff all extremely helpful. Dinner was part of a package deal and was well presented and very enjoyable. This was pre-arranged as a gift so I cannot comment on value.

I gave this hotel 3 points ONLY due to its location. Right in the middle of the best area in London and close to everything. HOWEVER, and its a big however, its been a while since I stumbled across such an old dated hotel, From the decor, to the TV to the mini bar to the shower its just so...
