Amazing service from the concierge, reception, to everyone who handled our bags. The restaurant, Gilleays, was amazing and the food was delicious. So much so we even did room service! The whole staff were so welcoming, they helped us with excursions, and I really appreciate it how they were excited for our excitement. Big kudos to Valentyna who was so welcoming when we came in as well as her direct manager who helped us with an upgrade to an amazing view and a memorable experience.

We have been visiting London yearly since 2015, and we always stay at the JW Marriott Grovesnor. This is our first time to stay at the Marriott County City Hall, and I believe I will switch loyalty to the latter. There are 2 main factors for this change of heart: the AMAZING STAFF and hotel location!! I would like to personally mention some exceptionally excellent staff, Harsha ( front desk) and Jerald (M Club), who went ABOVE and BEYOND for us! So very touched with Harsha’s kind and thoughtful gesture, that will forever be in my heart!! Would also like to mention Anna and Cissa (Library). Definitely a hotel worth recommending!!

Amazing location and great service. We arrived early to the hotel and were greeted at the front desk reception area by an associate who offered us a drink during our short wait for a front desk associate who quickly checked us in and explained hotel details since this was our first visit. I believe his name was Bashir who was very professional and answered all our questions. We enjoyed the MClub throughout or stay and the breakfast the next morning. Awesome views of London and very safe. The bed was VERY comfortable. We'll stay here again during our next visit.

This hotel is special. Upon entering one feels the richness and warmth of the hotel. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. I was given a wonderful room with a fantastic view. The rooms were of ample size and all the amenities that one could ask for. Has the ability to access the Exec Lounge which was good, but candidly I have had better. I found the offering of appetizers to be limited, but is the only disappointment that I had. The breakfast in the "Library" was exquisite and took you back a different era. All good. The location of the hotel is also idea as you could easily walk to key landmarks and the Victoria Station was very close by. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want to feel pampered for a weekend. Will definitely return when I visit London again.

Since we got the hotel the experience was the best!! Silver, the manager gave us to many complements due our honeymoon. Every detail is extraordinary. All the team and particularly miss Silver made us feel in the best trip ever. I hardly recommend this hotel!!!

This iconic Hotel is just amazing. It’s in the heart of westminster. The views are simply breathtaking The views of Westminster,the River Thames and the surroundings,It is simply amazing in the evening. The Marriot London County Hall is centrally located to all the major attractions such as Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Downing St, King’s Horsemen and not to mention the London Eye directly in your backyard. We celebrated our anniversary and Valentyna at the front desk was gracious enough to upgrade our stay with a beautiful view of Big Ben. She took the time to point out directions to the sights and made us feel taken care of. The staff was all so courteous and helpful with any of our needs. Would like to especially thank Yuri for always accommodating us and making us feel welcomed. If there is anything negative to say it would be that I was not able to blow dry my hair in the bathroom. I had to blow dry my hair next to the bed where the outlet was. Also be aware there is no ice machine on the floors. You will have to request a bucket of ice to be sent up to your room.
