We spent a few nights at No 5 recently. The accommodation and service were first class. Lots of thoughtful touches in the apartment made it a home from home after a busy day in London. As other reviewers have commented, the location is great - just a few steps from Regent Street/Oxford Street, with easy links to other parts of...

This was the second time we stayed at No 5. At just twenty paces off Regent Street and two minutes from Oxford Circus, your home location is everyone else's destination. This means less time spent traveling and it's so easy to pop back mid-shop to dump bags and have a cup of tea before heading out refreshed. We stayed in...

I would highly recommend No. 5 Maddox Street. It will be my first port of call when visiting London again. Having the convenience of concierge, but the facilities and space of a suite is wonderful. I was able to work at a desk in the lounge and have a kitchen on hand also. It goes without saying that the location...

We stayed in London just for a few days this time and wanted something central, more a small flat than a hotelroom and 5 Maddox Street offered just that. Great location just off Regent Street but on the fourth floor hardly any noise, even though there is no elevator. Good sitting room, well equipped kitchen we used for breakfast only,...

We absolutely LOVED this hotel! We had a 3 bedroom suite, as we are 5 people in our family, and this suite was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family. I have stayed at this apartment 3 times already and come back everything. Although the 1 bedroom is very tiny, the location is unbeatable. The staff is helpful and send up a breadbasket in the mornings which is very cute. Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
