The room was ok. Good bed and amenities. little be small four 2adult and 2 children's but ok, we use the room just for sleep not spend to much time on it. In general the hotel needs to pass some modernization and refurbish. Nice breakfast good value for money. children's eat for free. Very good location close to the tube.(Belsize...

I stayed in this hotel for a gig down the road and really liked how close the tube station was. Although it is in a white a busy area and next to a main road, it was surprisingly quiet at night with the windows closed. Staff were extremely lovely and welcoming and answered any questions I had. Rooms are very...

Room was of an ok size, bathroom very small, but all very clean! Staff were very helpful. Our server Maria was lovely. Reception spacious and well presented. Breakfast was lovely - one of the best. Only thing that let it down was price, but i understand its prime location. 2 mins from the Royal Free and 2 mins from underground....

Great location, right next to tube and easy to get to Camden. Hampstead is lovely and worry a visit. The rooms are clean but small, ideal for overnight stay. Having a car park is a real bonus. Overall it seems a little tired and could probably do with a refurb. Staff were friendly. Tight amount of tea and coffee and...

Great location for pretty much everywhere. The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. A short walk up the hill and you will find all the bars, restaurants and tube station. Best way to get a good deal at this hotel: Being London (Hampstead) there will be a premium attached but if you stay on a Sunday night you...

As always our stay at this Premier Inn was made particularly pleasant by the friendliness of the staff. The room was quiet and our quality of sleep lived up to the promise. Breakfast was excellent with good quality ingredients and a wide choice.

I visit this hotel once a year for a few days and always have a good time. The staff are supportive, friendly and cheerful. The rooms are well maintained, accessible for someone using a wheelchair, along with quality separate rooms for other people. Accessible rooms have ensuite wetroom along with double bed that can be made slightly higher, call cord...

I stay here to escape from the city centre when visiting London. The Belsize Park tube is close by and the northern line is great. I stayed on 31st Jan, my room was spotless and shining. The staff in reception are cheerful and helpful and deserve a better environment in which to work. I have stayed at this hotel for...

This is a well placed Premier Inn, between Belsize Park and Hampstead. Good for exploring this lovely part of London, Primrose Hill etc. Ask for a room at the back facing the car park, much quieter. The rooms are as you expect, with small bathrooms, but it's all clean and the bed is comfortable. You can walk to Belsize Park...
