Neighbourhood
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.

Nice boutique hotel with slowest elevator (and smallest) in UK (maybe not but felt like it). Stairs viable option so not a big deal. Close to everything I needed, clean, nice friendly staff. One issue, my toilet seat was cracked/broken and I reported it to front desk

Dear Michael D, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback, we truly appreciate it! I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your overall stay with us. It is worrying though to hear about the inconvenience caused by the condition of the room. Please rest assured this situation is being looked into and we will review our procedures accordingly. Please accept my deepest apologies if the issue was not followed-up on, this is not the kind of service we normally provide and I understand the inconvenience it must have caused. Feel free to contact myself directly when planning your next trip to London, I will personally look after your reservation and ensure your next stay will be memorable in its every aspect. I stayed for one night in a standard double room. I found the room a bit small although the bathroom was quite big. But the stay was great all in all. The staff was excellent and helpful and the location is awesome for shopping on Oxford street.

You will have to pay congestion charge if you go thru the zone but you can go around the outskirts and avoid. There is some limited parking but it is very limited. Lots of transport links thou
