I treated my teenage daughter and myself to a Saturday night in London, looking forward to a leisurely Sunday away from the chores of home. This hotel is in a great location but being woken at 7.30am on a Sunday by the garbage van outside emptying bottles from a cafe next door, followed by two motorised leaf sweepers at 8am...

Great to read that overall you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for the feedback regarding the Sunday morning. We have now addressed this with the other local business as the bins should be emptied well after 07:30am. We are also pleased to inform you that we have already begun the process of install effective secondary glazing in some of our...

My room was perfectly presented with a spectacular view of Sloane Square. I think I have settled on my Hotel for my stays in London from now on. Thank you to all the...

Sloane Hotel has made a very good impression on us. It is a sweet and friendly place with home atmosphere. The restautant serves excellent food and has a beautiful interior. Rooms are very comfortable and great to rest after a long day in the city. Best choice, you will enjoy every minute there.

An excellent central London location. Well situated for Chelsea Blue football, shopping at Harrods, Selfridges, and every jeweler you can think of. The Chelsea flower show, the queens royal guard, they rode past every morning at 6:35, who needs an alarm call.

The stay was perfect because of the friendly and helpful staff, the nice room with view on Sloane Square. I felt I was taken care of, personable but not tacky. Next stay in London will be at the Sloane Square Hotel again.

Great location, and excellent service. The reception staff make you feel really welcome, and they go out of their way to help you. The room was nice, with comfortable furniture. I chose one of the rooms facing the church, so it was extremely quiet. Normally I can find something I don't like about a hotel, but in this case I...

It’s lovely to hear that you and your son had a great stay - glad you enjoyed the wonderful view of buzzing Sloane Square. In regards to your feedback concerning the fire escape - the door is padlocked from the inside to prevent unauthorised access from the street outside. Having lived and worked in Chelsea since 1943, it was quite a sea change to move to a little cottage in Berkshire when my wife (also a Londoner) and I retired last year. Staying in Belgravia

Neighbourhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Sloane Square was designed in 1771 and named after Sir Hans Sloane (1660 – 1753). The property has been a 4 star hotel since 1900. Chelsea has always been at the heart of fashionable London and became world famous during the 1960s as the centre of swinging London. In fact the Beatles frequently stayed in the hotel which was then called The Royal Court. In 2005/6 the hotel was completely renovated and reopened as Sloane Square Hotel. We are very proud to be an independent, privately owned hotel which reflects the individual character of the property and personal guest service. ... more   less
