Excellent location so fine if you don't actually need to spend time in the room which was tiny. I travel for work. There was a a desk and chair to work at but the room was so small, you had to sit alongside the desk, there wasn't enough room to sit in front of it!.

We booked this room as an overnight stay following a West End show in London. The location of hotel is ideal as it's a five minute walk to Euston and two tube lines reach theatre land. The room was small but for £134 I thought probably not to bad for London. However I was somewhat surprised when told breakfast was not...

When travelling to London we usually stay at the Ambassador. It is ideal for King's Cross and for access to theatre land, the British Museum and other central tourist places. The rooms are clean and the facilities good. The menu seems expensive so we never eat there but there enough places around London to dine. Ideal for weekend breaks.

Cannot fault the location, room cleanliness, room facilities and price. The breakfast was also superb, plenty of choice - cooked, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, cold meats etc. The restaurant staff very hospitable. My only irk and one I have never encountered in another hotel is the deposit system. Asked on check in for credit card so a deposit of £50 given...

It was never my intention to stay at this hotel but all trains home were cancelled and this was the only hotel I could find that had a spare room close to Euston. Desk staff were lovely and helpful and I was really glad to find the room.however I'm glad it was only for one night. The bed was comfy...

The location is good if you are looking to use St Pancras or Euston. To catch an Uber your have to walk to the next hotel over which is a bit of a pain. The biggest short coming is the staff. When I checked out I questioned a charge that had been made to my credit card that I didn't...

Great hotel, ideally located-friendly,helpful staff. Rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Toilet/shower room quite compact and water from shower tended to spread over most of bathroom area, but all quite manageable.

Like last year the kitchen does not really understand what gluten free and lactose free means. After extensive discussion with the head waiter my food arrived with onion rings as garnish, onion dipped in batter made from milk and wheat flour, a double no-no. Friendly staff.
