There are direct buses from Kings Cross Station to the bus stop outside the hotel, and from the hotel to the West End. Our Senior Lincolnshire Bus Passes allow free travel on TFL buses. We arrived at 12.30. Rooms...

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was all that we needed. The room was lovely and clean, well presented and full of gadgets such as a radio with an aux cable (which was included!). The bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely and friendly. Next time however, if I was to stay...

Very attentive service. Excellent choice of teas. I had Richmont's Black Chilli and Chocolate and I had no idea what to expect but, let me tell you, it was yummy. Both the chocolate and chilli tastes were noticeable but subtle. We had 4 fingers each of a variety sandwiches (we were asked first about the fillings) and 2 scones each,...

The hotel was clean, staff very polite and the continental breakfast was excellent. Also the price was £100 to £300 cheaper than the other hotels...

We stayed overnight in a standard room, a cot was set up ready for our toddler when we arrived as requested and the room was cosy and warm. The reception team were friendly and helpful and I would happily recommend to other families. There was some noise from the road, but no more than expected given the central location and...

Stayed for 1 night, lovely clean room , comfortable bed, a little on the small side but it was OK, bathroom nice and clean, checking in was smooth and the staff pleasant. The breakfast was really poor, and what let's this hotel down, as you have to pay extra for breakfast, it's not included in the room rate, and is...
