As our stay was of a short one night nature we chose the IBIS as it was close to London Euston. The Hotels location was excellent for Euston Station, Check in was quick and the room was clean and functional for the short stay. A good breakfast was also provided the next morning prior to departure. Retail Price was competitive.

My boyfriend and I stayed here during a 5 day trip to London and it was lovely. Our room was a decent size and very clean. The location of the hotel was nice because it's right down the street from both the London Euston train station and the Euston Underground station which made travelling to other parts of the city...

It's the normal ibis setup. A standard room and a walk in shower. I was on the back end of the hotel ..so the noise coming from the train station next door was reduced by 50%. The staff are efficient and capable to deal with anything which was refreshing-if you know about ibis hotels you will understand what I mean....

For starters, the price wasn't bad for a very nice hotel but definitely too much for a Ibis. The first thing upon arriving, that I didn't like was the smell of dried flowers, Hibiscus I imagine. The lobby was nice but the rest of the hotel is reminiscent of an old cruise ship, low ceiling, cheapest 1/4" outdoor carpet throughout...

I have stayed at the Ibis London Euston St. Pancras on several occasions, and have always found it welcoming, clean rooms, and a reasonable restaurant with a good range of menu. But one of the things which strands out is the excellent service and helpfulness of the hotel staff, in all departments. Always cheerful and nothing is ever too much...

Stayed for one night, one of the main reasons was the hotel has onsite parking which is unusual in the centre of London. Hotel was just what I expected having stayed in an ibis hotel previously. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Yes the lift was broken when I was there. Not so bad for me as...

We checked into this hotel first impressions nice until we were told that our rooms are on the 5th floor and the lifts are out of order which meant walking with all luggage. On our return to the hotel which walked the several flights of stairs to realise our card key does not work we used a friends phone to...

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I love it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it's only about 5 minute walk from Kings Cross station and across the road from Euston so great location for seeing London.

Spent 2 nights here and was pleasantly surprised of good standards of hotel. Rooms are fine, small but adequate. We payed extra for early check in and late check out and it was well worth it. The breakfast if you choose again to pay extra is really good. We found the staff in the hotel to be the most polite...
