The Rooms a small but clean and totally enough for a short trip. At the second day the toilet in my room was broken (water was running...

Well located, very friendly staff, clean. The continental breakfast was not of a high standard, we paid the extra to get an English one. A short walk from the underground station, Could do with having a bar.

Ideally situated, close to Earls Court tube station so getting into town made easy.. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, but close enough to local pubs and walking distance of several attractions. What I really loved about this hotel was an actual real life sized bath with real HOT water, surprised Health and Safety haven't got involved... Was...

I stayed at the London Lodge Hotel for 5 nights on a solo excursion to London. First off, the location is terrific - about a 5 minute walk from the Earls Court tube station. I loved that I got to stay in a quiet, safe and homey neighborhood but was still easily connected to all of the major London hotspots...

What can I say, it did everything it was supposed to & a bit more.. the hotel staff were pleasant & helpful, the hotel itself was clean as...

Booked this hotel for my mum and I, as I wanted to be vaguely close to the Apollo Victoria Theatre but not pay an extortionate amount. Read a lot of reviews of various hotels in the area and this was the place I chose, and I feel I did really well. I used Agoda.com to book the hotel and requested...

This hotel is very easy to find and it's in an awesome and safe location. It's a 5-6 minute walk from Earls Court tube station and a 10 minute walk from the High Street Kensington tube station and close to bus routes as well. The staff was very friendly as far as helping give us directions and someone was available...

Great location .. minutes to Earls Court tube to connect to Heathrow or to Central london. Clean room and awesome staff. Comfortable stay . Bathroom small but modern. Furniture is period maybe replica but adds to the quaintness. We enjoyed our stay and found it to be great hotel for visiting London.

The location of a hotel is very convenient and it is nearby the underground. It walks towards to the underground around 5-10 minutes. There are many shops nearby especially the supermarket and some restaurants. Also, the staffs were helpful and very nice, they will help customers to relieve their problems. Moreover, the boss of this hotel who was HongKonger, was...

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
