Nice hotel, good location, great staff, good breakfast AWFUL bed!!!!!!! however when we asked for a different room with a softer bed the hotel did put a topper and quilt on top of the mattress which solved the problem so well done.

I had a wonderful check in with Penny who was new to the role and still training, she was really pleasant, friendly and met me with a smile. She was very apologetic as she worked her way around the check in process but it was completed efficiently and quickly. Take note, Melia White House, you have an asset in this...

Right in the heart of London and walking distance from Regents Park and 3 underground stations the place is more about location than anything else. Great shopping and great food are all within 20 minutes walking distance from this place. The breakfast selection is delectable but the pigeon hole rooms leave much to be desired. Besides if you are on...

Booked into the hotel to go to a show and view London. The reception on arrival was excellent and the staff courteous and efficient. Dropped into the bar for an afternoon cocktail and again helpful and courteous staff. The hotel is well positioned to get to most places with Gt Portland Street on Circle, Hammersmith and Metropolitan line. Regents Park...

Excellent stay at this hotel. Great location for theatres and shopping. Staff were excellent throughout our stay. Service at the level was perfect. One member of staff was outstanding in her manner and competence, that was Sara Bianchi at the level reception desk. Thouroughly recommend this hotel

You must have to work hard to run a nice hotel, in a great location, this poorly. 15, 20 minutes to check in. Made worse by a useless chap running around apologising. Don't apologise: check people in! But I guess he wasn't trained in how to take a simple process (Travelodge manages in under a minute) last as long as...

I stayed here for two nights whilst on business in London. Positives: The Staff were friendly Breakfast was good - 4/5 stars The mattress was comfy No noise external to my room Negatives: The air-conditioning unit was very very loud, I could not sleep with it on, definitely needs fixing. The bathroom was tiny and shower had no pressure.
