Positives: - Clean bedding & towels - Daily room service - Warm rooms - TV in room - Great location just off Tube (2 mins walk to Earl's Court station on soon-to-be 24 hr on weekends line) and close to local shops/restaurants Negatives: - Pictures on several hotel websites definitely do not reflect standard or size - Very small rooms/bathrooms... . No manager available . Don't ever stay there it's a health and safety risk. Hotel from hell. This is the worst hotel I gave ever stayed in. I am reporting this hotel to the trading standards. It should be closed down for refurbishment and cleaning

This hotel is in three buildings, i suspect we ended up in the worst one. Everything was run down and in serious need of renovation. We had room number 408. It had a double and a single bed, a small kitchenette and no table but a desk with one chair. None of the beds were comfortable. The carpet was dirty... More

We stayed here for two nights. The location is great and for "London" the price is great too. OK so this is not a 5* property but you are not paying 5* prices either! We stayed in the lime green coloured room and the photos on the website were exactly what we got. The rooms are small and the kitchenette... More

Stayed for 3 nights...nothing like the photos..dingy,tired,nano sized room, a bit dirty, bathroom next to the bed...I would definitely pay more and stay somewhere else...actually on reflection I think it was really expensive..the only good thing was its in a quiet street...but there are other hotels in that street...and to top it off they charge for looking after your bags!

Found this place on a hotel web page, liked the idea and booked it. On arrival was greeted nicely given the key and proceeded to walk down to my room, needs cleaning and decorating I thought. My general opinion is that the whole place needed a major refurbishment when I came down the stairs to a horrid smell on the... More

Stayed 2 nights as we were attending festivals at Hyde Park. Tiny room with one small window and very little ventilation, however reception did provide us with a fan upon request which made a huge difference. The room had a sink, fridge, kettle and toaster, it was fairly clean although dated. The shower was hot and powerful. The bed was... More

Myself and a friend stayed here in Feb. I know it's taken me a while to write this haha. This place is cheap and cheerful I was more than happy with the price and the location was great. Wifi, tv, shower/bathroom. Yes the decor was a bit tired and could have done with a facelift but it's not like we... More

My daughter and I just spent 8 nights at Dylan Apartments in Earls Court. I had originally made a booking through Expedia – I had to book an extra night beforehand and dealt direct with the hotel. I had to pay the £75 when we arrived. Check in was easy and the guy on the desk was ok. Not outstanding... More
