Guests often compliment the hotel’s modern atmosphere, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations. From the moment we arrived until we left, the when team at this location worked tirelessly to ensure that every guest's requests were dealt with as quickly as possible. They were all amazing at turning tables at very busy times for breakfast at the pinch points plus their housekeeping team were so polite with our requests and were great with our kids....it was our second time this year staying at this location which is only a 5 mins walk from the DLR and we are already planning our next including staying here again!!!! Thank you!!!!

We stayed in for one night as we were going to a concert at 02 the price was very reasonable and the staff on check in were very attentive and helpful particularly Mary who was very friendly.
Our rooms were really spacious, clean, modern and comfortable.
Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of staying.

When travelling we always use Premier Inn wherever possible. Our first experience of a Premier Plus room was excellent. Air con temperature control worked well, a very comfortable bed, and the room and bathroom were warm and clean. Above all, the room was very quiet.
Just a couple of points:
This was a double room, but only one bath towel and one hand towel supplied.
A grab rail at each end of the shower would be a good addition. When stepping down out of the shower, on two occasions, one of my feet slipped slightly, and if I had fallen I would have hit the wall opposite. As I am one of the senior brigade, I also felt slightly unsafe while using the excellent shower, when moving to wash.
Overall, the hotel and staff were excellent, and we noted on several occasions that the manager was not afraid to 'get his hands dirty'. The food was very good, although on our second night we were presented with quite a list of unavailable items, but with the cooperation of the staff we worked around this.
The location is good - 4 minute walk to the DLR and buses.
We will definitely use this hotel again.

My colleague and I are currently working in London on a long term project, and the Premier Inn at Greenwich is our home during the week. As a result of this, we are both treated really well, and on first name terms with some staff members. However, it doesn't matter if it's a long term stay, or just for one night, the entire team at Greenwich are very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The location is good, with restaurants, shops and transport links just a few minutes walk away, including a Gym just around the corner.
As for the food! After a long term stay the food does become a little monotonous, which is to be expected, although great value for money with breakfast served from 06:30 to 10:00 & evening meal served from 17:00 to 21:30. The staff also cater for those with allergies, as well as a menu to suit.
After a long day at work, or a day out in London getting the steps in, the hotel provides a relaxing retreat, with the opportunity to enjoy drinks in the bar / hotel room, or relax in one of the newly refurbished rooms, which is soon to be the entire hotel.
Would I recommend the Premier Inn to friends? 100% yes, ideal for a city break or a one night stay following a concert at the nearby O2 Arena.

A typical premier inn and breakfast, unfortunately the staff here (managers in particular) are poor. They forgot to clean our room and change towels as requested in the morning (it can happen) and so we asked at reception for new towels he (the manager) said he would bring it straight up as our two young children needed bath and bed. Nothing appeared so I had to visit reception again to find the manager outside smoking, not trying to solve the problem at all. Another issue is that we asked 5 times for shampoo (non in the room) and we were brought hand wash and told it was the same as shampoo, on another occasion body wash and the remaining no response. We bought our own in the end. They need managers who care about their role at this hotel so that it runs as other premier inns

Very good value for money hotel, under 5 mins walk from DLR station; under 25 mins to central London. Was perfect for exploring London sights if you are happy with travel to / from central districts.
This hotel is extremely quiet for a good night's sleep; we had a family room on floor 6, so very quiet and we were not disturbed by anything. Children had own single beds, as well as the standard double.
Bathroom very clean - you can select how often you want it cleaned during stay too.
Breakfast is a good deal, considering children ate free with paying adult.
All staff were excellent and very helpful.

Recently visited London to attend a family function.
The best decision I made was to book three nights including breakfast.
The location was convenient and I felt safe coming in late at night to a quiet and clean atmosphere.
The staff were very pleasant, friendly and available to assist and give advice.
Very good breakfast selection.
Room facilities met my needs for tea and or coffee and top up supplies available in reception area.

Location - Deptford Bridge DLR is nearer to hotel than Greenwich DLR, a 2 min walk at most and this makes it so easy to get to Central London from this hotel. Very easy to walk into Greenwich also.
Rooms/Staff- Last time I was here they were adding Premier Plus rooms so we booked one for this trip. Room was small, air con did not work very well and there was bleach all over carpet outside bathroom, chips kn wall and sesk was sitting on an old bit of wood to keepnit stable.I asked for my room to be cleaned as I wanted fresh towels. Went out for the day and returned late to a room that had not been cleaned, towels were damp and smelly on shower floor where we lwft thwm and water, tea, choc had not been topped up. Disappointing. Staff were not very helpful. No wifi code provided at check in so had to go back down for this. Explicitly asked to book breakfast for the Saturday morning however when I checked my bill we that we had been charged for Saturday and Sunday. We used it as less hassle than trting to get a refund.
I have stayed here before and it was much better. Too many small issues made it not so good however location is still perfect.

Little gem just outside of the main city. Ideally situated only 6-8 min from Greenwich station and only 15-20 min from London Bridge and access to all of London. Greenwich park is a mere 15 min walk away and convenient for the Royal Observatory, Cutty Sark and Maritime Museum - all definitely worth a visit.
Staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast as expected, definitely worth pre-booking as children eat free which keeps the cost down for families traveling. We ate in the first night and it was nice and cost reasonable - there are a few restaurants and cafes close by so other options are available.
Rooms are tidy and cleaned and kept clean on request. There was a slight issue with availability of towels which wasn’t a problem for us and seemed to be being dealt with for others. Slight issue with a dodgy tap and the room got too hot but both were dealt with by housekeeping - although I think having an adjustable thermostat would save having to ask staff, who seemed busy most of the time.
A really nice hotel for those who are visiting friends/family or sightseeing London and surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

The hotel is very convenient for the train and DLR stations. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
The bathroom had a great shower. The English breakfast was very nice and good value for money too.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. There was always a supply of fresh drinking water by the front door which was handy as the weather was hot.

Yes, premeir Inn provide Luxury Body Wash and Shampoo and Luxury hand soap, they also provide towels and hangers. You may have to ask for an iron at reception
Sorry as I don't have to worry about that I cannot answer your question. Best to contact them direct
No, need taxi or tube
I think so, when I arrived it was quiet and there was a receptionist there.
I would have thought so. But call the hotel and ask to them confirm.
