My partner and I have stayed at the hotel in total approx 5 times while our flat is being refurbished and has always been a pleasure,however,the service we received from Yoanita on the weekend of the 9th Jan when resolving our issue regarding the room was outstanding. She handled the complaint efficiently and resolved immediately. Her level of customer service was a joy to witness as I could truly see she takes pride in her role and aims to please. Yoanita also assisted me on the phone when making the booking and checked us in. She not only made our stay more pleasurable, she provided an experience which will see us return very soon. The shower facilities were not to its usual standard this time round in both rooms but previously never had ab issue so we will put this down to a one off. Thank you Yoanita. We were supposed to stay here this weekend because of a family funeral, but unfortunately had to cancel as my husband injured his leg very badly so we had to go to the hospital for that. I just wanted to say thanks to Mr Samir who was SUPERB when dealing with us. I was extremely upset due to staff member at the reception being very rude on the phone so I wrote a first review based on that (now deleted). Mr Samir went above and beyond to make sure we would be comfortable on our arrival and responded with sincere apologies. Because of how kind he was, we have decided to book Leonardo later this month/early next month rather than another hotel as we will be moving and will need a base for a night or two.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Leonardo Royal hotel in Tower Bridge, London. It was a great experience. The room was a good size and well appointed. There is a nice workspace area and very comfy bed. It had all that you need if you are away on business. The staff were great - very attentive to your needs and willing to help. Very convenient for both the City and Canary Wharf.
