One of the few remaining independent, boutique hotels, modern burlesque in style across five elegant stucco Victorian buildings. The 50 bedroom luxury hotel situated in the heart of Belgravia, one of the most exclusive and historic residential areas in London, is just minutes away from...
We booked afternoon tea at Tophams, based on the website and the fact the hotel is 4 stars (I would reserve judgement on this point until after I've actually stayed there, but after what I've experienced, this will never happen!).
We booked afternoon tea around...More
Stayed here one night and spent minimal time here which was good as we would have left and found somewhere else. Tired and dated with unhygienic furnishings. This hotel badly needs a refurb. We heard the receptionist and housekeeping staff moaning about guests who had...More
On first arrival the location is amazing - 2 minutes from Victoria station and so quiet. It’s also in a beautiful building but that’s where the positives end. Rude receptionist greets (well not so much) you as you arrive. The room we had was spacious...More
Booked this hotel as the original hotel we booked informed us three days before our arrival that the boiler was broken so no hot water etc.

Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw
away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.

I don't quite understand what the question is, but I loved staying at Topham's Hotel. It's a great location and it's got an attractive lounge. However, the first room I was given was not acceptable to me because of stairs to bathroom. I had to pay more for a different room, but it was comfortable and beautiful. I would have loved to stay there longer. And just a short walk from Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace!
