I stayed with my family for 7 nights there in the family room comprising 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The room was small and the furniture a bit old, but everything was clean and neat. The room reminded me of the days when I stayed in London for work some years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful.... More

A great location for London in a quiet tree lined street, a nicely decorated Victorian period property with character. The staff were friendly and inviting, and had lots of information to impart when required. The breakfast was served promptly and well cooked, plenty of choice and nicely laid tables. The room was vey comfortable and as the weather was hot... More

You cannot beat this charming hotel for price and location. I stayed at the hotel for the first two days of the Lord's Test match this June and was thoroughly impressed by the courtesy of the staff (I was offered a complimentary fruit juice immediately upon arrival which was very gratefully received). The room was clean and well equipped (with... More

Nice and quite hotel, in a lovely street. Friendly staff. Well cooked breakfast, as much as you like. Beds could use a new matrass and the shower was a bit clogged. Apart from that a and stylish nice room. Hotel is close to the underground (Finchley Road, 5min walk). Hotel is not expensive and gives good value for money.

The Dawson House hotel was a wonderfully charming place to stay on our vacation to London. The staff was very welcoming, breakfast was fresh made for each of us every morning, and it's a short walk from a grocery store and tube station (in zone 2). The only 'downsides' were that the bed and bathroom were smaller than we Americans... More

Stayed here for two nights. A small 'bed & breakfast' but very clean and comfortable and with friendly staff. The breakfasts were served very quickly and there was plenty of choice. My single room had everything I needed .. tea & coffee making facilities, clean fluffy towels, television and free Wifi. Yes the bathroom was small but everything was clean... More

Charming Olde Worldy Bed and Breakfast. My single room was very small as was the en suite bathroom, but it was all that was needed for a very comfortable few days. The bed, comfortably made with cotton sheets, was very clean as were the towels. The breakfast was generous and the ladies serving very willing. It happened to be quite... More

The rooms are small and not sound proof, we heard everyone toss, turn and grunt from above and below us. The room was small and the wash room was tiny self contained module you might find in a caravan. A bottle of water was 2 pounds. We arrived late on first night and left early on last day. Breakfast at... More

The hotel was awesome, oldstyle english building and inside was great! I liked the style. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The 1p room a bit small, but you can expect this in an old english city building. Subway is only 6min walk down the road and brings you to the centre in 10min. There is a shopping mall with... More
