For the location, price and service I think it would be hard to find a better place to stay in London. Parkwood doesn't pretend to be a top class hotel and it doesn't have to. Central London is virtually on your doorstep, it is clean and comfortable and is staffed by friendly and attentive people. The full breakfast in the... More

Great location, friendly staff, great breakfast. Rooms were small but clean and walls were thin so bring earplugs... all in all couldn't beat the price and it was great to have a place to put bags since we got in early. Would stay again!

The Parkwood at Marble Arch is all about position, located on the edge of Hyde Park, close to Marble Arch tube station it is within easy access of much of London's iconic landmarks such as Buckingham Palace. If you enjoy shopping you are only a walk away from London's finest. My stay with my family was so enjoyable because of... More

I had a short stay at this cute place. The service was absolutely the best. Yes, the hotel is a little "tired" but that's a part of the charm. Great price so close to Hyde Park and Oxford street! I stayed at one of the single rooms with shared bathroom, and that was no problem at all.Everything was clean. Would... More

Single traveler looking for a B&B near Hyde Park and came across the Parkwood online. Found the property to be a bit dated however that in no way took away from the high level of service, the comfort of the room or the quality of the breakfast. I was aware that I was booked into the top floor (80 steps)... More

The Parkwood at Marble Arch was an absolute gem, a real star location right on Hyde Park and a short stroll to Buckingham Palace, Oxford St Shopping including Liberty & Harrods and to the Marble Arch Tube. This became our 'home' in London with Gail and staff treating us like we were family! Our days started with the complimentary full... More

I was pleasantly surprised by this little hotel. Decent size room which was clean. I had no complaints for the price. I'd certainly stay again if just somewhere to sleep. Also well located position not far from Marble Arch

Perfect location for my added time in London following an organized tour. A short walk to Hyde Park, good restaurants and the tube. Clean, friendly and affordable. Nice breakfast to fuel the day's activities. No elevator so keep the climb in mind (my room was #17 of 17: top floor, five flights from sweet level).

Nothing to complain about. Great little place at a great price for London. Close to the tube and shopping and other great neighborhoods. I was staying at the Hilton but the rates doubled on the weekend so I went here for less than half the price and it was nice to explore this area a bit more.

This is our 4th stay at The Parkwood. Central London, great staff, room has everthing for a short stay in London. In addition the breakfast is hearty and the location/ atmosphere is fantastic. We regularly visit family in Ireland but the trip is not complete without a visit to London and a few nights at The Parkwood.
