Hotel's Favourite
We chose this hotel on location and read that it had had a recent refurbish and we would be value for money with a guaranteed king size bed. We arrived prior to their 3pm check in and were so pleased we were able to leave our luggage, as we didn’t return to check in until nearer midnight. Both men on reception at each time were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was unbelievably quiet, and we were very happy. The breakfast was superb, the scrambled egg was better than some 5*hotels, always a good indicator. Our man who took our luggage the afternoon before was there in the morning asking us if everything was alright with our room, he was excellent, his name was Sudkesh? I can’t recall the correct spelling, but he was very personable, that’s all we needed.

We stayed at this hotel whilst on a city weekend break for my husband's birthday. We were with our 10 yr old daughter.
The hotel was easy to find and the parking was very reasonably priced - plenty of room and you can book in advance- make sure you pay the congestion charge Mon-Fri.
The staff were very welcoming when we checked in and all were very friendly throughout our stay.
The room and bathroom were both clean, the bed linen and towels fresh.
The location is ideal for sightseeing around London, as its only a short walk to the underground, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel.

I originally chose the bank hotel on the other side of the Bridge but that hotel was not ready to open yet so I was offered this one as an alternative. It was slightly further from some of the bits we were doing but only by half a mile.
Check in was standard, we were located onto the second floor. Not much of a view and oddly we had a cot and 2 smaller beds aswell as the double, Only needed the one bed and cot, but not a problem, we were not here to sit in a room all day.
Our first evening sleeping was awoken by noisy neighbours opening and shutting the room door at midnight. This was soon silenced by another guest. Night 2 i did not get the greatest of sleep and i found the bed was not greatly comfortable.
Due to Covid, your room is not cleaned during your stay, that is fine but maybe supply larger bins or do like a rubbish collection daily, Its not hard for a family to fill the small bin really quickly.
The restaurant is not open in the evening but there is a take away menu from the ni house kitchen, We chose 1 night to eat out and the next had a KFC delivered.
There is breakfast but no buffet, you order from the menu and your food is bought out. The menu is more limited to what you might expect at a premier inn, less pastries choice, not fruit salad or compote. It does prevent you choosing anything on impulse, but not a fault of PI more a Covid issue.
Overall the hotel was reasonably priced and centrally located near London Bridge . It a middle of the road hotel designed for short stays, and for that it does well.

We have stayed at this hotel before but 6 yrs have taken there toll on the hotel. We choose a premier as their moto is all about a good night's sleep. Bed creaked with every movement and we were given 1 pillow each. They were certainly not of the usual standard. We found 2 more which were no better. Premier inn pride themselves on the sleep aspects but definitely not anymore.
4pm check in because of covid just tells customers that previously you didn't clean the rooms correctly
Upon arrival we then had to queue for 30 minutes in the street to check in and were informed that the rooms wouldn't be cleaned in the 3 day stay unless requested which we did and all that happened was 2 towels got thrown on the bed certainly no cleaning or even bin emptying occurred.
We were given 2 sachets of coffee for 2 people for 3 nights and 1/2 a toilet roll !!!
Breakfast is served 6.30 until 10 but you get told to arrive before 8.30 as it's busy £10.50 each for breakfast kids eat free which is okay for families but not for 2 adults kids were running around collecting plates full of food so you were queuing for food to be replaced then people were coming in from the street for breakfast taking tables that should of been used for people staying stop this and it might help with people having to queue.

Always us this hotel when visiting London, this being the first time since lockdown.
Room was spotless but breakfast was a bit disorganised and lacked staffed to cope with the number of residents staying in the hotel.
However staff are friendly and helpful in these very strange and challenging times..
Will be back..

Located just near the Tower Bridge, the Premier Inn Tower Bridge is clean, lovely and provides you with great hospitality. Upon my arrival I was warmly welcomed by Ronni who was very helpful and kindly guided me throughout my stay. My room was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and the decor was tastefully minimalistic. Despite its central location, the area is quiet and safe, even for those who travel alone; and most importantly, the team (Ronni and Antonio especially) was very friendly, equally helpful, and facilitated a super pleasant stay.

We booked our trip to watch our daughter run the half marathon from Tower Bridge but she had to cancel but we went and were very pleased with the standard of accommodation at the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean and the staff were excellent in the reception and restaurant. We stayed 3 nights and booked early and paid £169 which we felt was an excellent price. We pre paid for breakfast which was very good and there was plenty of choice, my husband enjoyed the cooked breakfast, I went for the continental. We ate at the restaurant the first evening as we had had a busy day and wanted a quiet evening, I had the vegetarian lasagne and my husband had the curry. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for a good price.

This hotel is well placed to the Tower of London, tower bridge and Thames walk, literally 5 minutes walk to see these. Lovely friendly staff, good food. We had a lovely 4 day stay, and if given the chance again we would definitely book here again.

This Inn is in a great location to access some attractions and resturants. Its a 5 minute walking distant to tower bridge and is close to the pier to go on river cruises. You have london bridge station and underground 15 minute walk away.
Check-in is very quick and luggage can be left before check-in time free of charge, which was excellent for us. Otherwise we would have carried luggage until 4pm!
The rooms are standard for the price you pay, you have kettle, tea and coffee but no water bottles provided.
Breakfast is standard, you have all breakfast included.
The only down side is rooms not cleaned daily and only when you check out! So tea coffee bathroom essentials are not restocked. You will need to go down reception to get more when needed.

Just wondering why Premier in are still not offering daily clean of occupied rooms. Recently spent some time in another hotel group hotel in Windsor where the rooms were beautifully cleaned and restocked daily, then moved up to London and used a Premier in where rooms were nit routinely cleaned daily, we were told because of Covid and the need for "special" cleaning, it was clear from observing that no real extra measures were being taken. My comment really is that a room should be properly and correctly cleaned wether or not Covid is around, staff were wearing masks (albeit below their noses) and guests are not in rooms when they are cleaned. One has to wonder if Premier in are just now using this as an excuse to cost cut, less cleaning therefore less staff? In the case of Premier in Jersey where I also stayed recently, the cost of staying is exorbitant to say the least and all you really get is a room, uncleaned for the 5 days I was there with stock of milk, tea bags etc available only if you went to ask for them. They did in Jersey say you can book a clean, but you have to guarantee being out of the room for 3 hours.
I have just booked another break with a different group for the week after next, checked my room would be cleaned daily and was told yes, cleaning schedules can now be as normal!

I didn't fly into Stansted airport but we took an Uber from Heathrow to The Premier Inn Tower Bridge hotel. It was faster than the train, we were four, and feeling tired from the flight. I paid $80.
